Die Unterkunft ist unmittelbar am Strand gelegen. Wir haben hier unsere ersten zwei Urlaubstage verbracht. Gleich zu Beginn haben wir einen 3 stündigen Strandspaziergang unternommen. Ausser Fischern, die gerade ihre Netze einholten und einigen Hunden sind wir keinen Menschen begegnet.
Der Pool ist gepflegt, ebenso der kleine Garten. Wir hatten von unserem Balkon einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Das Frühstück war lecker und abends haben wir ala cart in der Cottage gegessen. Beide Mahlzeiten sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Swimming pool and garden were lovely, and the room was comfortable and well equipped. They also organised a pick up from the airport at a reasonable price.
A bit tired, and the food was not good and over priced. But for the price, it was fine as a stop gap.

Good place to relax after flight to Sri Lanka. Really nice and caretaking people. Great breakfast, fruit, toast, juice, egg, etc..

Good location nearby beach [though beach accesssability not available] and well maintained property. Very neat and clean room and family room size is good for family of 4 adults.

Great place to stay not too far from the airport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Food and drinks served were tasty. Swimming pool clean and well maintained. Can hear the waves from the beach at the end of the garden. A lovely first place to stay in Sri Lanka.

Clean poll. Nice garden. The beach in front of the hotel was cleaned. The menu was a dream. The owner and son are speaking german and English very well. Every time again !

It is a good location but it is not beautiful as booking.com images. Beach is attractive and staff was helpful and they provide a fast service whenever requested. Breakfast was superb and We highly appreciate it.
We did ordered Lunch and dinner, It is not worth as we pay. We paid Rs.800 for Sandwich, really it was a waste of money. We ordered Sea food platter and but there were no fish, but according to the menu, it include tuna fish. TV was not working but it was not a big problem for us.

We spent just one night here in the family room which was actually 2 interconnecting rooms. Perfect for a family of 4-5pax. Lovely sea view and having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. We had a lovely stay. Breakfast was simple continental.

You can hear the crashing of the waves 24/7… birds chirping, and nature all around. It’s quiet and peaceful and the perfect place to retreat for some time.
I have no complaints or suggestions for improvement. They were even doing light construction and it was very quiet and not at all disruptive.

Beautiful garden with small pool and sunloungers. Small path down to deserted beach, v pretty but probably too choppy to swim.
The staff were incredible, always ready to help with food and drink and arrange taxi/tuktuk for short trips out. Extremely friendly and excellent value for money
It's quite simple and family run which some people may not like but we loved it. Nothing negative to say!!

Kind owners, great food, beautiful view, I like the location out of city. 25 min drive to negombo and airport, pool okay, a bit cloudy.. the empty beach infront is just amazing.
