The hotel was so clean. Rooms are superb. Very spacious

The location was ideal since it was near Filinvest Mimosa where the event I was attending was located. We made sure to utilize their facilities by trying their pool and gym - both of which my partner and I enjoyed. There were a lot of parking spaces, too.
What made our experience the best wasn’t the property, rooms, or facilities, but their staff who were all polite, attentive, and helpful. They would greet you as you pass by them, and would offer help when needed.
Their cafe food were superb, too!! We tried their chef’s pasta, vietnamese bowl, ribs, chicken, fish - all were just soooo good. As a picky eater, I 100% approve!

staff is fine and so is the location..room is nothing special as it is very ordinary.
room could be better and cozy. Breakfast was not to our liking. Coffee was bad. we had to step into a cafe beside in the hotel for a proper coffee.

The staff was amazing...sooo friendly...room was great...internet was good...bed was super comfy... the coffee in the room was delicious... the coffee downstairs was great, too....if I am ever in Clark again (I can't imagine that ever happening) I would definitely stay here again...
I skipped breakfast on the second day...I like cereals, OJ, and toast...the cereal selection is very limited...pineapple juice instead of oj...coffee was good...for most ppl, the breakfast would be good, with lots of cooked options...I was on the 10th floor so the shower pressure was not amazing...but totally fine...

The size of the room is larger the most hotels at the price given. Hallways were clean.
Food was not good and servers were not much attentive to needs and not quite systematic. The captain waiter however was quick to make rebounds to please us.

Room cleanliness & space are OK. The sofa was broken & looks very dirty. We refused to sit on it. Breakfast was great. Plenty of parking available onsite. There is an outdoor happy hour on the 3rd floor next to swimming pool
Put a new or refurbished sofa lounge or at least clean one. The balcony was useless cos it was too small & not presentable. The walkway /aisle going to our room are too hot. And looks very dull. At least it should the same as presentable as the front reception but is NOT. Swimming pool had a very limited hour. It closed at 6pm.

Upon arrival we have no difficulty finding a parking spot, the staff are accommodating at the receiving area. The room was spacious and clean. Overall the stay was superb.
The hot and cold shower may be malfunctioning because the water coming out of the shower and faucet is cold.

I love the decors.
Some of the dishes offered at breakfast were already cold when supposed to be served hot or at least warm. Like the garlic and steamed rice. I went for my breakfast around 7ish.
I don’t think the bed cover/duvet was washed after the last guest. It was all wrinkly and does not smell like it’s freshly laundered.

the worst breakfast buffet I ever experienced. the building is old. if stain the towel they will charge you 700 immediately! the rooms are small and old.

Be prepared for an hour to wait in line to check in... It's more like a prison in terms of check in.. ID every adult... Pay us a damage deposit ..

Breakfast and staff assistance
The AC is too hot in my room while the others rooms' are just fine. The bed is going too deep which hurts my back. The other rooms' are just fine. All the toilet and bath are too small given that the whole room is big. Worst of all, the room door opens towards outward rather than inward which is dangerous if you'll try to get out/leave the room in situations of stampede or what not. There is no space or place inside the shower area where you can put the body wash and shampoo, either you put them on the floor or open the shower area and drip all over the toilet just to get the body wash and shampoo outside the shower area.
