La vue sur mer mais ça ne compense absolument pas tous les points negatifs

L'état général de l'appartement, sale, abîmé, cassé, on arrive en ayant l'impression d'être devant une résidence à l'abandon, pancarte cassée, éclairage avec juste une ampoule, porte d'entrée qui ne tient pas fermée, douche cassée, cuvette des toilettes cassée, drap de lit trop petit pour un 2 places, couverture sale et tachée, placard dans un état tel qu'on ne veut pas y mettre ses affaires, vaisselle minimaliste, pas de torchon mais des fourmis dans la cuisine, on ne peut pas tout avoir!

Perfect location to restaurants and cafes

All very close together so cannot be very loud without complaints

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was clean.

The complex itself was messy, unkempt and VERY unappealing. Dirty sun loungers, fence screening hanging off, old beds discarded in the garden area. The instructions to collect keys was to go to the larger sister complex just down the road and go to reception, this too was in a disgraceful state (apart from the pool) and there was no reception as place seemed totally abandoned and deserted. So pleased we hadn't booked to stay there for more than two nights as we would have looked for another location.

Fabulous view from the upstairs balcony of appartment 4. Smallish rooms but well equipped and neat compact kitchen. Property worked well for us for 3 nights as we walked the Cami de cavalls on the final few legs to Mahon. Cristina who looks after the property was very helpful in communicating and leaving the key for collection and drop off.

The property and furniture needs a bit of TLC and coat of paint, but when you are sat out in the balcony watching the sun go down it doesn't really matter. We understand it is shortly due to have a quick renovation.

Whilst it is old, the staff do a good job of keeping it clean. The manageress was pleasant and helpful.

The pool shown in the pictures is not the one at the apartment. The photos make the apartments look relatively newly furnished - this is not the case in reality. The facilities are old and tired. The bathroom was quite unpleasant - the ceiling paint was peeling off, the bath was cracked and a repair had clearly been unsuccessfully attempted. We asked to be moved to an alternative apartment as many things were broken or poorly maintained. There are a lot to mosquitos in this area, but the accommodation does not offer any sort of mosquito net or air con, so you can’t sleep with the window/shutter open in warmer nights.

Few people so, quite. Good swimming pool.
