They had great customer service at reception, we had a rough night and they made sure we felt safe and provided us a room before the official check in time. Facilities were great and clean. Breakfast was also delicious! Would highly recommend this hotel. :) awesome location as well... Definitely worth every penny.

on the 2nd flr the WiFi didn’t work in the room with the balcony.. so could not post the adventures you had that day to the world.

Staff were very friendly and always happy to help. Despite speaking limited English, they communicated very well for my basic comprehension of Spanish. The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Baños, and the facilities are just what you need to enjoy your stay.
I wasn't aware that breakfast was included until my third morning, however this was probably my fault. There is currently some building work taking place just outside the hotel so the noise can be disturbing.

* Location - on the central square of Baños.
* Breakfast - good, served in a nice room.
* Staff - cordial and efficient.
* Money - this hotel is underpriced, perhaps because tourism hasn't returned to the levels achieved before the pandemic.
* The hotel is in the most central location of Baños; therefore there is some unwanted noise. However, some rooms are farther from the street. Be sure to ask for these rooms when reserving.

The staff were very helpful. And supplies in plenty for the bathroom. Very clean service.
Best was the balcony
No where to hang clothes for a longer stay than over night. No chair in the room.

I was upgraded to a corner balcony room. Good view overlooking the main plaza. Perfect location. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful service.

Unless you speak fluent spanish, not just a little bit, most of the staff doesn't want anything to do with you. Unless you speak words with their correct accent, the staff made absolutely no attempt to help me. Ask for a towel at 9am, ask again at 4pm, and then ask someone else at 7pm if you really need one. Kitchen and reception, same crap.

Extremely kind staff, accommodating (packed breakfast when we had early tours), hotel in the centre of town with a view to the mountain and terrace.
It would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room. We were there for carnaval so it could be a bit noisy at night, but they offered earplugs!

Well located in the centre of Banos. Rooms are pretty small you so you shouldn't bring more than one large bag.
The rooms are very small, much smaller than on the photos. The breakfast options are also very limited. Parking lot is in the gateway of the hotel.
