La mochet

Mình đã có trải nghiệm ko tốt ở Pullman Mình có để quên một sợi dây chuyền ở trong phòng, mình nhớ chắc chắn vị trí chỗ để vì mình có lý do để ở đó. Sau 1h checkout thì mình nhớ ra đã để quên và gọi lại cho lễ tân thì các bạn báo ko có. Sợi dây chuyền ko quá đắt tiền nhưng nó có giá trị về mặt tinh thần rất lớn đối với mình. Mình rất thất vọng vì đã chọn tin tưởng Pull man. "Đối với những đồ thất lạc có giá trị như tiền bạc, trang sức, điện thoại,… được cho vào két sắt theo quy định của khách sạn dưới sự chứng kiến của nhân viên an ninh và phải được ghi chép cẩn thận" Mong Pullman sẽ kĩ càng hơn trong việc training nhân viên để những khách hàng sau không phải có trải nghiệm tương tự

This is 5-stars hotel and a new building. I liked the design and hige size of the bathroom / shower / wardrobe area. Large room with comfortable working space. The lobby design and overall decoration is amazing.

Everything was just perfect. The second morning the coffee machine was not working in the breakfast room, and I was unable to get an espresso from the staff.

Staffs are very friendly and supportive. My family would like to say thanks for your kindly support. We have a very good trip in VT

- Poor buffet choices - Swimming pool bottom is covered with mattress - Slippery bathroom floor - Look beautiful but quality about 3 stars
