Everyone at the reception had such a big smile, and they were also very welcoming! The room has beautiful views, and you can see the sunrise, which was incredible. They also have an onsen that I was not aware of, but I loved it, so relaxing. Breakfast was very complete and not instant coffee like everywhere else.

Balcony was too close to the one next to it, you can jump from one to another.

This was just an overnight stay before taking the Nagi 2 day cruise on the Mekong to Luang Prabang. The hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff were very accommodating and upgraded our rooms for us (at a reasonable cost) and were incredibly pleasant and helpful. We had a swim in the pool, went for a walk along the river boardwalk and had a pleasant dinner in the hotel. Nagi Cruises picked us up at the hotel after an early breakfast (included) and all went seamlessly. I would recommend this hotel if taking one of the Mekong cruises rather than try to get to Chiang Khong early morning from Chiang Rai.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations and was great value for money. It felt really luxurious. The room was spacious and comfortable and super clean. The view of the river is gorgeous and the overall vibe is very nice and relaxed. Good variety at breakfast and tasty. The staff were also really welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Only reason I knocked off a point is that the pool and onsen could have been cleaner. The pool had a lot of algae.

The location is good. This is a very basic place. Clean enough but zero counterspace or places (except a small nightstand) to put any of your toiletries or clothes except on hangers There are no screens on windows/shutter doors, so mosquitos can (and some did) get in so we had to hang our sarongs from the shutter doors out to the terrace. The terrace is community, so you would not leave your doors open anyway since anyone can walk down the hall to your room.
