Really well designed and equipped cottage, converted tastefully and to a high standard from a former old (stone) farm building. Fabulous old fireplace and lots of character, combined with underfloor heating and good plumbing and decent furniture. Hosts/owners delightful - helpful friendly people, but not intrusive. Highly recommended.
There wasn't anything we didn't like - this is a very good holiday let, renovated and equipped to a high standard.

Beautiful cottage on a farm up on the hills with incredible views. Cottage is well equipped, clean and comfortable and we were left lovely fresh scones and jam. Really lovely family run place!
Bed was a little too firm for us.

It’s close to Silsden but being up the hill means loads of walks that start and finish at the cottage. Very efficient heating but we did light the stove on a snowy evening. Equipped with everything you could need, returning from a walk we even found fresh tarts on the doorstep! Tom & Liz are very welcoming and next door if you need anything.

Everything was spotless in the cottage. Equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The beds were so comfortable, the wood stove made the evenings so cosy. The views from the cottage were so lovely. Supermarket very close so you could stock up. Lots of lovely places to visit with a 30 minute drive. Hosts were amazing. Fresh scones and jam to greet you on arrival. We will go back.

Beautiful location on top of a hill overlooking the local towns and villages. Very good value for money and nice additional touches such as homemade scones which were great!

Wonderful cottage that has been fantastically converted from it original purpose as farm buildings. It is furnished and equipped to very high standards. Wonderful hosts, very friendly and welcoming would definitely want to return. Set in a magnificent location overlooking the town of Silsden and with beautiful views of Yorkshire Dales countryside.
Tasty homemade scones and homemade damson jam were there to welcome us.
Booking.Com directions are wrong and would take you to the wrong location. The cottage is further up the hill with a left turn signposted to North End Farm. Fortunately we had made contact with Tom & Liz the hosts who sent us correct directions which we were able to follow without problem.
