The property was very tired, needs lots of maintenance, when we arrived for a family wedding, we discovered No Fridge working , the upstairs games room , Snooker cues all broken, all the electronic games not working, No iron to press your clothes, Dangerous electrical wiring in the downstairs swimming pool area, ( hence we could not use it , as too dangerous with kids ) outdoor swimming pools filthy, inc Jacuzzi, Tv in lounge was not working, also the electrical gates in and out of the property were not working, it took 1hr to get out the property one day, as the fobs were not working, We did speak with the owner who reluctantly replaced the fridge within 24hrs, Then we spoke to the host ( Gabriel ) who was extremely rude, he is only a puppet for the owner, who does not want to spend any money on improvements at all, when challenging him on all the niggling faults, his response was it’s not his fault, I only work for ( Benni the owner ) who does not like people who complain ) Eventually they changed the fob for the gates, Did not provide an iron, they did provide 3 new pool snooker cues ( wow ) not, They constantly ignored our requests to have the breakages / dangerous wiring sorted in the downstairs swimming pool,

As above. Too many things wrong, that should have been inspected prior to anyone moving in to the property. There were Rats / in the garden grounds/ garage areas, very unsightly. Also the place is so remote, the SAS would not find you there.

Only ONE house key and gate remote control (for inner & outer gate) for a party of 8 people Jacuzzi & nearly all of the electronic machines shown in the pictures not working No cleaning service as promised No help when dishwasher broke down & oven malfunctioned Shocking villa management

Was pretty easy to collect keys etc and location was nice.

1. Host was not very attentive. Met us at the property on day 1 to collect €800 deposit (cash only) said he would visit next day to delivery BBQ stuff and show us how to use projector etc. Did not come again till end of our stay. 2. Indoor pool was specified as available all year but when we arrived he said indoor pool was only available after Oct 3. Projector was show in living in pic was not there. Was in hot tub area meaning could only be watched when sun went down. Were not shown how to use to was never used 4. Main bathroom leaked 5. AC unit in main bedroom now enough to make room cold so difficult to sleep at night 6. games room shown was too hot to use and most games machines were broken and now playable 7. We could check-in till around 4pm as they were running late cleaning, but did not allow later checkout to compensate

great place, option to rent boat 17 mt

The villa was five minutes from a great restaurant and a mini mart. It was luxurious with a lovely pool jacuzzi, loads of tvs and towels. The views were fabulous.

The sprinklers (to water the grass and plants) came on during the hottest parts of the day. They should be timed to come on at night to be less wasteful.
