Nice stuff at reception upon arrival, even with free Olieballen on new years eve. The room was clean and for our use well equipped. Parking for free either behind the hotel or on the other side of the street.

At night we stood in front of the locked door and when ringing the bell only the voice mail replied. A person came to see and went away. In a second try he opened the door. One could hear the next door night club's bass in the room.

Breakfast and dinner very good. Nice interior. Personnel serving it also casual professional. Popular big hotel. Plenty of parking space around the hotel. Nice town for an evening walk.

Was given a room above the kitchen and below some rooftop mounted industrial fans. Terrible noise till the kitchen closed at 22 'o clock. Not possible to change rooms as the hotel was full with jolly pensioners. This room should not be rented to customers. Better keep it as stock area only.

The room was very cramped and outdated. There was a faint sewage smell in the bathroom.

The beds were not OK, mattrasses too soft, with a deep hole in the middle. And 2 seperate beds where we whad asked for 1 bed

Excellent service from the new receptionist/ manger. Hugely helpful with all things, but especially when I discovered I’d left my phone charger at home!

They should have included a basic breakfast for the rate they charged. Something simple like coffee, croissants, cereal. A bit cheeky not to offer anything.

Not that expensive. A supermarket next door if you don't want to pay 17,50 euros for breakfast.

Room at the front of the building, the road outside is very noisy. Noise (doors slamming) from the rooms next to us. The beds were small/not very wide and the pillows lumpy.

The staff are friendly and approachable. I left a bag in the room I stayed in and they sent it back to me when I got a postage label from the internet.

The location was very nice, our room was spacious with the 2 floors.

The television in the room was actually a small monitor, which was disappointing for this kind of hotel. While walking to the front desk, I noticed that other rooms have laminat on the floor. Personally, I find this more hygenic than our carpet floor. I booked for Saturday night and that night there was a popular music festival across from the hotel. It would have been nice if the hotel had advised upon this festival since I was travelling with my 6-year old son.

I really enjoyed my dinners at the restaurant. Everything was always fresh and the staff was very friendly and professional. The lady at the reception always answered my questions thoroughly even if she had something to do.The bed was extremely comfortable which is very important for me because of my back issues.It was also soo quiet. I slept like a baby. The big parking was a nice bonus.

It would be great if there was a mini fridge because when you stay for long it is inconvenient to go to the supermarket or a restaurant all the time. The toilet could be a little cleaner.The wifi was a little weak and unstable.
