Good location and lovely hotel and staff were pleasant and helpful. Nice pool areas and terrace bar.

Great location , just off the Main Street. The hotel is very modern with a lovely reception area . The staff were very helpful and polite . We hired 4 x bikes for free and spent a morning cycling along the coast . The roof top bar was fabulous with a panoramic view across the town . There are 3 pools and all areas are spotlessly clean . Definitely recommend the buffet breakfast which is £9 per over 12’s . We also ate the buffet dinner which included show cooking . The outside restaurant terrace was one of the nicest I’ve seen . Very modern .
It is a hotel of 2 halves . One modern , bright , beautiful . The apartment block which is opposite the hotel is not as modern . The bathroom was tiny for 4 people . There was a kitchen which we did not use which could be changed to create a large bathroom . The apartment was spotlessly clean but the furniture was very outdated . This did not put us off as we barely spent any time in the room .

2 pool areas, very friendly staff, clean apartments, great prices for drinks & food, located in lively & entertaining neighborhood, beach walking distance,
the rooms are noisy. all sounds from the stairwell and outside can be heard in the room. But that is the only dislike I can think of.

Loved the location the apartment was very comfortable and everything you needed was there.
Only the shower head didn't come out far enough into the shower.

They are not serious! I have paid a nice room ( on the pictures) and when I get to the Neptune Apartments they give me a room that have nothing in common with what i have seen on the pictures! they took me 92€ for the room and 100 € deposit! I didn’t agree to stay in that room because it was very uncomfortable room! they say that I’ll revive money back but I’ve received only the deposit € 100, the money for the room €92 they didn’t send it to me! it happened 3 weeks ago!!! today, 28/10/22

spacious living area. good location. the staff were very helpful and informative.
It was a little tired. Broken bin. lack of information eg welcome information. a small welcome pack to at least make a hot drink would have been ideal. Building work noise was unfortunate.

The apartment is equipped with all needed devices. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Good quality to price ratio. Apartment belongs to the hotel and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It is possible to use the hotel pool. Location is very good. Close to the beach, stores, bus and train station. Air conditioning is very efficient. We came by taxi from the airport but if you come by car you can have problem with parking places.
Noise at nights caused by deliveries to local stores. Need to sleep with closed window. No balcony. Sliding door between bedroom and living room - not much privacy.

Missing a wardrobe door. Awkwardly placed bathroom door, nearly hit the toilet when opening.

Great stay and location. Lovely beach town setting.
Upon check out, I reported a disturbing sanitation issue to one of the housekeepers, who was blasé in her concern/response. I then reported the same to the receptionist, who seemed a little more empathetic. I hope he followed up as promised. It was the only negative to an otherwise pleasant experience.

Excellent location, Staff were very helpful. We stayed the last week of June. We had the use of a hire car. My Husband and kids drove to a nearby water park, which they enjoyed. We had planned on taking the train to Barcelona. It didn't happen . The apartments we near a supermarket, 2 bread shops, and a shopping street. We asked for fresh towels mid-week - no issue . We used the garage, it cost 15€ daily, while pricey, was a good idea.

Apartments felt secure, preferred using a code instead of a key. balcony was nice, pools and bar facilities were perfect :)

Ideal hotel (we were self catering apartment )in the middle of town but renovating hotel bit noisey but were out all day ,so not that bad for us

We booked and paid for a specific terrace apartment and when we arrived they had put us in a completely different apartment in a completely different building that does not correspond to the advertised photos. I.e we booked one place and were placed in a completely different one.

Very warm and welcoming Reception staff, very helpful and obliging especially Jose, Barbara and Sylvia in particular.
Rooms cleaned regularly and Laundry sorted for you. Will be back as the location is ideal.👍.

Loved the huge bed. And the bath was a nice bonus. And in general the apartment was really lovely, clean and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Calella.
However, the hot water had very little pressure so it took a long time to fill the bath.
One thing that was particularly annoying was the contant humming sound from, what we think was, an air conditioning unit on the roof, especially at night. And the kitchen had no chopping board, making it difficult to prepare food without potentially damaging the work surface.
