I had a great stay here. A traditional good hotel in a perfect location by the seaside, with a great deal of charm. I particularly enjoyed all the small details, such as the little picture tiles - each of them different - set into the floor of my balcony overlooking the sea. I thought it must take constant care for this hotel to keep all its old-school charm while also keeping up to date (great pool areas, super in-room tv offerings, enjoyable breakfast buffet which could also be taken outside on the terrace, etc.) Thank you for the good holiday.

I was a bit puzzled that the combination of towels in my room every day seemed to change, even though I had followed the usual code to let the staff know what to change (hanging up / not hanging up.) I thought it was rather old-fashioned and I environmentally friendly that there was no option for guests to sort their waste for recycling - particularly because the hotel only provided a water bottle on the first night so after that the plastic bottles from the shops started to accumulate. Or else a corridor drinking water dispenser would have been good. The layout of the breakfast room is a bit random so at busy periods it's a bit chaotic and stressful as guests crisscross the room, trying to find things which are not where you expect.

The room windows face big vantilators outside. Can’t sleep with open window.

Location and swimming pools

Great location, pool area and breakfast.

Rooms are old and beds very uncomfortable. Our bathroom also had ants crawling around. Had to move toiletries to keep ants from getting in them. Talked to front desk about it but nothing improved.
