Sehr großes und original rustikal eingerichtetes, ruhiges Zimmer. Wunderschöner Innenhof. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück, Eier wurden frisch zubereitet, Säfte und Sekt sowie Obst vorhanden. Kaffeemaschinen zur Selbstbedienung. Verkostungsmöglichkeit für Wein.

Great stay at Schloss Gamlitz. I arrived to the train staton nearby and they sent a (free) taxi to pick me up. When I arrived at the hotel, they received me with a glass of Weisburgunder, and they oriented me about where to go for lunch (unfortunately their restaurant was closed during my stay, because of renovations and lack of staff). The room was beautiful and spacious, and the breakfast delicious and abundant. Being able to try the (excellent) wines that they produce every time I got back from biking around the region and relaxing in the garden was a great plus. The staff is all very knowledgeable about the wines they make, and they are very happy to help in any way. They also got me a free taxi to the station for my departure, and they even gifted a bottle of one of their best wines!

The only complaint I could have is that there was a lot of renovation/construction work, and they started as early as 7AM... I'm an early bird, but even for me, that was a bit too much noise too early!

Martin was an excellent host! Bkfst was great. Lovely ambience.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous old building and beautiful courtyard where guests can enjoy sitting outdoors. Kid friendly and dog friendly.
