We simply loved the Pension and its surroundings (die Altstadt). We also met the hosts and some of their colleagues on several occasions and they were all really friendly and outgoing. As other reviewers have mentioned, breakfast is available via vouchers in a café just around the corner (Mein Backhus). With so many edible attractions on offer, it's quite easy to exceed the limit of the voucher (€ 9.50 in 2023), but we didn't mind too much because the food and the coffee (we didn't have the filter coffee) were fresh and tasty. Some of the ladies at the café were nicer than some others, but we just decided to get over that. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Far too expensive for a hotel without staff.

All was fine but especially - we had a good night's sleep :)

The wifi was not so good, sometimes there was a problem with the connection

Central location close to everything you want to see but quiet enough to fully rest at night

The staircase is really narrow and steep so if you have any mobility issues it is impossible to get up and down and even more so with luggage. No one speaks any english so communication is very difficult for non german speakers.

Very comfortable bed, convenient late check in and early check out via a key in a safe box.

No shampoo or even soap in the shower. Two cups but no water in the room. Breakfast at the café nearby was very mediocre, basically just bread with very limited options for vegetarians.

The women who was cleaning was really nice and very educated. Additionally, all the suffs were avialable to be used. Rooms were good iluminated.

All was clean and Wells organized.

They service, ans they initiatives to promote that you feel comfortable.
