wish bath tub/shower had full enclosure or curtain. wish kitchen had a few cooking basics, like salt, pepper and oil.

Everything was perfect. Vanessa was extremely helpful and told us everything about Venice sightseeings. She was available to help us anytime. The room was new ,spacious and very well equipped. Highly recommended!!

Vanessa was extremely helpful with providing directions from the ferry. Venice is quite a maze and her detailed directions were wonderful since we arrived late in the evening. Vanessa also gave us helpful suggestions about what to do while we were visiting Venice. It was really great that she provided us with a door code so we that we could get into the hotel despite our late arrival.

The shower head was tricky, but the hot water was wonderful.

The staff was like a ray of sunshine. Like I was meeting an old friend, warm and personal and helpful. The room was spacious and ready for us when we arrived. A separate room for the children to sleep was great for relaxing adults after a day of seeing the sights. The pillows were comfortable and the furniture felt like a home. The location was perfect. We could've stayed a month and been so happy.

Our stay at the residence was very nice. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a big smile. The woman at the reception (I think she was the manager) was incredibly kind, she explained absolutely everything about the city, showed us everything we needed about the apartment, she was very kind, as were all the staff. If we come back to Venice again, this is definitely the place we would sleep again!!!! The location is in a very convenient place, close to St. Mark's Square and the train station.. I recommend!!!!! Out of 10 I give 12!!!!

Vanessa at front desk was wonderful and very knowledgeable. As a former tourguide, she had great insight and tips. She went the extra mile for us- drying our clothes and bringing us coffee. The location was just a few minutes from St. Mark’s and the Rialto Bridge. The bed was big and comforable and the apartment was large.

The location is wonderful, 5 minutes walking from San Marco but in a relatively quiet corner with a nice view on a little canal. Our two apartments were spacious with good forniture and confortable beds. The stuff was helpful

In the living room the refrigerator or some other major appliance is extremely loud. My teenager didn’t care, but an adult would have a hard time sleeping in that room.
