Paid sun beds on hotel’s beach 😛

Hotel is located just a few meters from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the city centre with a lot of restaurants & bars. Our room with balcony was renovated and tastefully furnished. Rich buffet breakfast has been served on terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. Great swimming pool and very friendly staff - definitely a place to come back again!

The two dining room staff rushed us through meal despite booking, commented kitchen closed when asked for desert.no coffee offered. Made it clear they wanted us to go. The two staff were on their scooter home as we left dining room. Very poor customer care by these two staff

The kindness of the employees, especially Nicola and Sheila! The location is close (10 minutes walking) from the center of Diano Marina but the hotel is very quiet! The beach is very close from the hotel.

The shower in one of the rooms was really too small.

We really had a nice stay, for further improvement here some feedback: unstable WiFi connection; outdated room; €25 for beds/umbrella @beach maybe bit expensive; if paying for parking in garage you won't get a key or code but every time you go back in you first have to go the reception and they will call someone to open it (min.15 minutes)

The pool was kind of ok.

We booked a double room with balcony and sea view. Upon arrival the room was a lot older than the pictures on the website. The bathroom hadn’t been refurbished although this was the case in the pictures. When we mentioned this to the hotel staff they said this was the same kind of room, so they didn’t understand the problem. As we were very unpleased we asked for another room and had to pay extra. To make matters worse we had a loud humming sound every 5 minutes during the night, probably because of the airconditioning on the roof. We mentioned this at the lobby and they ‘thanked us for the feedback’. Next to that we had some other minor complaints, none were resolved by the staff. When we asked for any type of compensation, they told us they couldn’t do anything for us. This was the worst hotel experience that we’ve ever had.
