L’emplacement est bien on peut tout faire à pied. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas mal , la cheffe est bienveillante, le cadre du restaurant est agréable.

Dans chambre il l’eau qui coulait de partout douche, wc et il y avait du papier toilette pour boucher l’alerte incendie au dessus de mon lit. Le café en chambre a été posée une seule fois durant mon séjour. Et on m’a mis des kits toilettes déjà utilisés.😂😂

Lady in reception was best, she helped us with everything, even with find taxi. Was super woman. Location is very good, near bazar and all shops and restaurants . We took best room with jacuzzi bath so it was nice.

We took best room in hotel, so it should be best. We didnt sleep well, Because it was too hot always in room, But this problem was in all Istanbul hotels, so we had to always open balcony door, for some cold air, But you hear all tram and noise from out. So generally we didnt sleep well. Breakfast i didnt like, Iam more interesting some turkish tastes, than scramble eggs. Could be better like menemen or some fresh eggs turkish eggs. Spa was only for pay. So we had hamam and massage. Spa area does not look like clean and ladies who make servise look weird and dirty. But anyway massage was good . Not bad. Elevators was disaster, we wait very long time from 5. Floor to go down And up. There was only one elevator i think so this was very big problem.

部屋がとても狭く、家族3人のスーツケースを部屋で広げられなかった。また壁が薄いので声が聞こえる。 窓からはクラクションや人の声が聞こえてくる。 空港からの送迎をお願いし、チェックアウト時に90€と言われ、クレジットカードで支払えるかと聞いたら支払えないと言われた。そもそも何でそんなに高いんだと聞いたら大人2人分の値段と言われたので、おかしいと思い、予約時の履歴を見たら45€だったので、それを見せたら勘違いしてたと。騙されるところだった。

Un hotel cu servicii de calitate, amplasat în apropierea celor mai importante atracții. Personalul este foarte amabil și s-a străduit să ne îndeplinească toate solicitările. Micul dejun bogat și diversificat. Recomand cu căldură!

Modul în care sunt organizate camerele (chiuvetă în interior și nu în baie).

The shower was leaking into the room and we had our backpack and things soak. the rooms are not the best quality in terms of furniture, but still quite clean. breakfast could be better for Istanbul

Breakfast was good only surprised that there were no omelette or fry eggs but Fatima and the other young girl was very accmodating

The best part of the hotel is its central location. Right next to the tram stop, short walk from major attractions like Hagia Sofia and The Grand Bazaar. But perhaps even better than all of that is the staff. We had a mishap with our taxi that was supposed to take us to the airport at 5am (that was totally my fault), the guys at the reception called in personal favors to find us 2 taxis at 5am and waited outside with us. They were amazing. This is a great hotel, through and through

Location was fantastic -- walking distance to most sites in Sultanahmet and places to eat. Breakfast had good selection even for me who avoids dairy and gluten. Staff was very helpful.

Elevator often was full. 1st room (and bed) we used was small. But 2nd room (and bed) was perfect.

Fantastic hotel in a prime location. A lot of people seem to moan about small things on hotel reviews however a bit of mouldy silicone shouldn't bother you. You need to look at the overall condition and facilties. The AC in the room was low even on a high setting but its enough to sleep with. The room I had was decent sized contrary to many suggesting they're not. But then again people need to consider how much luggage they're bringing and how big they are themselves (you should only be sleeping in the hotel!). Others moan about the layout of the bathroom - basin is in the room and shower and toilet are separate. This is a fantastic setup as if you are sharing the room one person can shower whilst another may be using the toilet or basin. It allows people to get ready simultaneously rather than wait for the bathroom to be empty - you're saving time! Hotel room sizes may well be restricted in Istanbul as its an old, traditional area (conservation area as known in UK) and demolishing buildings to make big rooms would spoil the area. Yes it's a busy area but this is the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. Its bang in the middle of the main attractions and also 2 tram stops. The staff go over and beyond to help you and buying a sim card from the hotel is much cheaper (600) than the rip off prices at airport (1700). And there is a young bell boy (he certainly looks the part) ha!

Good location easy access to nearby all famous locations, and metro All front desk staff Yaqoob and Tolga was very helpful and supportive. Breakfast staff incharge was helpful Stayed quite long this time in Turkey but Best and helpful staff in front desk and Breakfast only I saw here. This good review is only because of these gentlemen. Management should know as well.

Location is good, I only come at night for sleep as always out during day time, ignored small lift and bathroom

Location is excellent, breakfast is very good with lots of choices, there is bit of music noise at night but we didn't mind as we were very tired 😀

The rooms were too small and the shower kept flooding into the bedroom and when you had your tv on next door could hear it and complained in turn they came and told us to turn it down we were with my 10 year old grandson and it was only 7 o’clock at night also breakfast was very poor you had to pay extra for an omelette it was very over priced . Only positive was the position was good
