Sehr schöne große, saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung in einem ruhigen Haus. Der Ausblick auf die Bucht ist wunderschön, verschiedene Strände sind fußläufig zu erreichen und ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Bei einem auftretenden Problem wurde umgehend eine Lösung gefunden. Wir waren schon häufiger in Villefranche, diese Wohnung hat alle anderen übertroffen.

Wenn man sich auf die viel befahrene Straße einstellt, gar nichts.

Stunning views, great location and spacious apartment. Perfectly nestled between Villefranche sur Mer and the gorgeous little village of Beaulieu Sur Mer. Owners were fantastic communicators. Absolutely loved it.

Some troubles with the toilet and dryer.

This is a flat that made us want to move to France. Communication: host professional, Pascal/Cyhsytelle extremely friendly, appreciated the flexible check-in time. Flat condition exactly as advertised, clean, spacious and designed with good taste. View was just unbeatable. Easy to get to everywhere, flat sits right between Nice and Monaco. Villefranche itself is very charming as well. Fantastic to have a car park

Not much, if any was either resolvable or out of anyone's control. Builders upstairs started to drill from 9am ish but would stop at around 10.30, that only happened for a couple of days and was out of host's control. Visited in mid-Dec, heating in the flat was mediocre but there was an additional electric radiator in the bedroom - moved that into the living room and problem solved. Bed rooms got AC so all good to keep warm at night.

Renovated apartment with a stunning view of the bay. A very clean and well-designed apartment that included everything we needed in it. There is plenty of free parking under the building and an excellent exit point to all the sites in the area.

Took a bit of time to locate the correct building and get access.

We liked everything. Location, way of reception ( we arrived little bit to late but the lady was smiling and very polite ), loads of light in the flat, equipment, the view from the balcony to Villefranche bay and Cap Ferrat... Also liked Owner's approach: we had little technical problem and the help was organized immediatelly. Contact with local management very good. Also parking for our car available without problem.

I did not notice negatives

Breathtaking view that you can enjoy from almost every corner of the apartment. Enough space for a family of 4. Very well-equipped kitchen. Tastefully decorated. Very good location if you want to explore a region by car. At the same time close to the beach and old town. Useful apartment manual and quick responses from the owner.

Communication between the owner and key keeper. We have been in the region before and we knew exactly how much time it will take for us to arrive to the apartment. The time of arrival was communicated with the owner. When we were in front of the house the person who was supposed to meet us was far away and we had to wait for her husband, who speaks 0 English, to open the door. Ofcause we received no information about apartment. Fortunately, were was a manual. Some bottles of water in the fridge would be a plus. Due to the Covid-19 the shops were already closed, and we could not buy anything at that time. As a result, we have spent very unpleasant evening feeling like we were not welcome there. In June there were a lot of mosquitos.
