Family / cordial environment and professionalism at the same time! :-)

The request to pay for domestic water at dinner made me very sad, I have not encountered this before, especially in "family" hotels (this is more a privilege of snobbish hotels). It's not about the money. I find it debauchery to drink bottled water in the Alps, when the Alpine one is excellent. Drinking domestic water is also strongly ecological, so if domestic water was offered as standard / stood on the tables at dinner, people would not want the bottled / non-organic one. I would also recommend, and I said it on the spot, to fundamentally extend the drying times of ski boots, especially in the spring/start of the season, when skiers sweat more. Having damp/wet shoes in the morning is not pleasant and the whole day is bad.

tmibor negative. Central heating on the floors is very hot and even turning off the radiators at night and opening the windows wide at -10c too a long time to cool the room.

Great hotel. However, we booked hoping for childcare since it said it was included, but unfortunately, it wasn't. Dinner also took a night to get used to. It's a 5-course meal every night.

I liked the family feeling that this hotel has brought to us. The dog of the hotel, Oscar, which is always around , the little daughter of one of the ladies from the hotel, who was always playing around and made us laugh of how cute she was. At lunch time, they were also offering some food which we haven't paid for. The food was delicious and fancy. The rooms and the hotel in general, was very clean. We liked everything!

Is not a big minus and is not that I didn't like it, but more of an improvement would be the Wi-fi signal, which is not always the best.

Very nice smaller hotel with a nice family atmosphere, great food in the morning and evening, in a good location with beautiful views ... just a matter of heart ... a beautiful example for a lot of hotels how the hotel should work and its services ... thank you very much and see you sometime! :-)

Super cosy and comfortable rooms recently renovated, eye for detail, we instantly felt at home. Hotel just the right size to be cosy but still have all the service you need, run by Andrea and her children, you can feel their love for the business. Stunning location next to the mountain, a walking trail goes next to it, view from the room was amazing, quiet rooms, the elevator is locked during the night for peace and quiet. Walking distance from cable lift that goes to the Rifflesee. As a vegetarian it was a treat to have 4 course veggie dinners every day, fresh produce, excellent cooks, beers and wines varied every day, additional free soup and cake from 2.30 till 4.30 every day, super breakfast with enough choice for vegetarians and a part of the buffet changed every day, fresh herbal tea. Clean sauna area with free tea and aroma water, indoor and outdoor pool. Relaxing areas near the pools. Beautiful gardens. Parking nearby

Some water glasses in the room would be nice Maybe some explanation about the working of the hotel, spa and location pool would be nice. A part is from the hotel, a part is shared with the sister hotel next door and another part is only for the sister hotel. Very bad to no wifi in the room
