Location with great view of the dancing fountain. Super friendly reception Mr Soheil helped us to make our stay comfortable.
No meet and greet provided by unit owner. No parking card provided which caused big issue with security. Rooms does not smell fresh and the blankets smell bad too. Water leaking issue on second day caused a lot of inconvenience for us. Not coming here again for sure.

Die Lage ist toll, die Unterkunft ist recht sauber.
Langsam recht abgewohnt. Der Geschirrspüler geht nicht, die Teppiche sollten mal erneuert werden. Das Mobiliar ist eher für 3 als für 5 Personen ausgelegt. Der Service bei Problemen wie dem kaputten Geschirrspüler, war quasi nicht vorhanden. Wir hatten für 5 Personen gebucht und nur Ausstattung für 4 erhalten. Die Bäder schimmeln.

Отличный вид на фонтаны и Бурш Халиф, жили на 40 этаже. В квартире есть все необходимое.Очень чисто, ремонт свежий. На кухне посуды достаточно, кулер с водой, кофе машинка, тостер. Кровать большая, матрас отличный. Мы были очень довольны,. На балконе смотрели шоу фонтанов! Рядом супермаркет через дорогу.

The property owners (managers) asked in booking.com app chat to provide a security deposit of 1500 AED by sending it to a bank account or by cash during check-in. The deposit was wired to a bank account. Guess what? They never gave it back without any reasons.
Basically, just keep in mind that you will need to pay additionally 1500 AED to the price you see on booking.com. If that's ok with you the apartment is good, if not - look somewhere else.

Great location, amazing view, fully equipped apartment - even a baby crib and car seat. The building's facilities (swimming pool, game room...) are well maintained, the building's staff are usually pleasant. Supermarket right next the building
Change of bath towels for an additional fee, not enough toilet paper, apartment not so suitable for those who have difficulty with technology. Beyond that, everything is almost perfect!

A great view from the apartment and the area of downtown is very upscale. The host was very accommodative. He extended our check-in and checkout time. We were running late from the old Dubai visit but the host was very courteous and understanding.
The bathrooms could have been cleaner.

The apartment is as in the photos and the view is spectacular. From the balcony directly to the fountains and the Burj Khalifa. There is a small supermarket directly opposite and everything is within easy walking distance. Top floor 44.
The furniture was partly worn or cheap goods. the equipment in the kitchen mixed together and cheap. not appropriate for the price. in the bedroom it smelled terribly of sewage. Unfortunately, we only received the bill for our stay after several emails and turning on booking.com.
