Location, cleaness, staff

Poor facilities, limited accesories. Just got one bottle of drinking water per room.

I loved the grounds and the openness of the building. The staff is very respectful and helpful. My room was spacious, with a nice big window to the outdoor park. I enjoyed several sunset views. The reception desk staff were helpful, especially in storing working materials and receiving items for me.

The phone in my room never worked, so I could not order room service; the laundry was not picked up, and the housekeeping wasn't up to part. I cleaned the floors for a couple of days, but things improved when I brought them up to the staff. The bathroom trash can is old and rusty; it looks out of place. The shower curtain needs to be cleaned frequently--give up on curtains for good! I didn't watch tv but there was one in my room. The elevators work well, and the roof garden bar and restaurant are lovely.

The staff was really friendly. The place was really nice. Room was big and comfortable.

The breakfast is not included in fee and it's expensive for what it is.

The location

They offer a gym but the existing one is not equiped, the cleaning is not good, I was locked out twice because the key card was deactivated, the staff provided wrong information at times, the Hotel doesn't assure than only guests use their parking slots (they are aware of that) and I ended up with my car outside three nights.

The rooms were clean and restaurant had good food.

The staff is amazing, both at lobby and in restaurant. The Deluxe Room was really spacious and comfortable. Overall the facilities are clean and have easy access. I travel with a toodler and a senior (my mom) and it was easy and comfortable for them to move around between the room and the rest of the hotel. There's a drugstore next to the hotel entrance; a small convince store (oxxo) and a kids playground nearby , all walking distance less than half a block. In front of the hotel there's a private hospital and behind this hospital There's a big shopping mall with several clothing stores, a supermarket, Starbucks, several dine in restaurants and a food court.

Front parking lot is small and it looks like is used by people who are not guests from the hotel or users of the restaurant. The street in front of the hotel is usually packed by cars of parked both sides.

The rooms are big and the balcony too. The roof terrace bar just opened when I arrived and the view is amazing, on top of that you are allowed to smoke there, which is a huge plus in a country like Mexico where smokers are usually banned even from open-air spaces. The Star Medica hospital is just across the street, which was the reason for my visit to this area. And a nice mall is also very close, as well as a convenience store just next to the hotel. Internet was great! So everything you need for remote work or just in general.

The balcony is huge, but there is no furniture, just two chairs, one of them was broken.. They still follow every Covid protocol while the whole world is removing restrictions.

Nice comfortable bed. Convenient location. Quietness considering there is a Hospital across the street.

No bowls in the kitchen.

The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. The area was considerably quiet even though there is a hospital just across the street. Buffet Breakfast was excellent, serving staff was excellent.
