Okay location. Good street food area nearby.

Rude staff. Did not even open the door when we arrived with luggage. Tried to make us pay 3 times the booking cost to upgrade rooms. Didn’t let us store our luggage while waiting for checkin and didn’t share the wifi password in the lobby. Didn’t greet us when we entered or left the hotel. Was spending all their time slouching on the sofa or on their phone. Rooms are extremely dirty and smell like mold. Do not book here!

Drainage in the shower cubicle was poor and it flooded.

I paid in cash on check in, then received an email the next day saying I was a no show and my card was charged! No appropriate response to my emails questioning this and had to get my money back from my bank!

It was acceptable and the staff were nice. Very good location but I was surprised by the age of the room, dressed up with some branding but an old small and used room. Not bad for the money and good enough for sleep and getting to a meeting in the diamond district etc. But if you want amenities, nice relaxing and attractive space, you will miss the mark.
