Disappointing

Their staff are welcoming.

There should be varieties of menu. And I believe there are rooms for improvement particularly food presentation and the taste!!

It was the perfect place for a stay-over between plane and ferry travel.

Breakfast was great the day I was able to have it. I was out too early the following day since it didn't open until 5:30am.

I would have loved some easily available coffee at breakfast (like brewed in a large pot). I also would have loved pastry or muffin to go on my early day.

Great place to stay if you are traveling to mentawai islands

Good is really good, staff is friendly, rooms are clean (just ask for non-smoking one)

Always ask for a non-smoking room in advance, otherwise you might have a chance to end up in one which smells horribly.

Great for a quick stop

The hotel is efficient and clearly handles lots of surfers headed to Mentawai. Breakfast starts plenty early so you can get a good meal before the long ferry.

The beds were comfortable and clean but the bathroom was just okay.

Very nice hotel, would definitely stay there again

Clean and quite elegant hotel with large rooms and good staff

The spa was downstairs where you had to walk through the parking lot, which was underground and seemed like a dungeon. I got a massage and it was not good at all.

The hotel and staff are great. Everyone is nice. I had a wonderful time.

The staff is very courteous. It is apparent that customer service is important. Food buffet is good and also ordering from the menu is good.

I think having a regular pot of coffee self serve will be better for the gusts and will allow the staff to do other things. Guests don't mind making their own coffee instead of waiting for the machine.

Beach just few steps away

Close to the beach and city attractions. Beds are clean, food was great, staffs were nice

I didn't stay in the hotel to enjoy it, but I explored the city & the neighbouring cities & towns.

The breakfast is quite good. The hotel provides various types of food for breakfast. In terms of taste, the food is quite good. The dining room is spacious and not full of people so that physical distancing is guaranteed during this pandemic.

Tissue is not available in the bedroom, only in the bathroom. The shower hose needs to be fixed. Toilet paper is placed on the wrong wall. I do not appreciate that the hotel does not provide bottled mineral water, but offers refillable jug of water, as we are not sure about the sanity of the water.
