staf gentile , parcheggio gratuito ( posti limitati), camera grande , posizione tranquilla, strada poco trafficata la sera a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro.colazione sufficiente
non ci sono le persiane ( solo le
veneziane) quindi per me è un problema perché con la luce mi sveglio , assenza del portiere la notte

I did not try breakfast as I had a working breakfast in the office I visited. The room was not like in a 5 star hotel but super clean and comfortable. The hotel stuff was supper friendly and I loved the possibility to have a parking on the hotel yard... although in Klagenfurt from evening to morning there is also free parking at the hotel on the public street. Great value for money. Thanks
I can not comment the Breakfast as I did not take one, but looked good passing by. I have no complaints at all... all was good...

The hotel is nicely decorated with a lot of pieces of artwork in public areas.
All premises are clean, and personnel very helpful and friendly
I had late check-in, and the hotel provided me with clear and easy-to-understand instruction on how to get inside
Location is close / walking distance both from railway station and downtown
There was from very weak to no wi-fi available in the room
I arrived around midnight, and water in the tap was not warm enough to take shower
No cooked food is offered for breakfast (something simple like scramble egg would be fine)
Traffic outside creates a lot of noise between 7-8am

The location is quite okay. You can walk to the city center in 10 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable.

Good mattress and air condition in the room.
MANY insects in the night in the room but this is most probably not the hotel's fault. :P
No lift. They helped me to bring the luggage up to the third floor. I did it on my down downstairs.

There's no lift - not a problem but worth knowing; parking is limited and we parked on the road out front (without any issues)

We didn't had breakfast at the hotel. There was not much place for parking inside, but there is much space to park on the street, which for you have to pay. We are satisfied!

The location and the staff are outstanding.
The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing, also the hotel is only a 3mins walk to city centre but...
We had a street side room which was very noisy. Every car that passed the hotel seemed to be driving through the room. Due to the noisyness of the room, the church bells (which ring every 15 mins) can be heard vividly as well.
There was no Airconditioning to be found and the room was too hot due to the outside temperature. There was no way to cool down the room.
All in all the price we paid for the room in combination with the warmth/noisyness was not in balance. If you dont care about the above mentioned things, this hotel is great due to the location and the staff.

The hotel is very nice, very close to the centre. Everything necessary. The best in this hotel is its employees. I came with my dog and i had to leave him for two hours in hotel room. I warned the employees, that he can bark. The employees were so kind that they talked with my dog and he stopped barking!!!))))) Thank you so so much!!!!
This is not minus, but bear in mind, that free hotel parking is limited. In this case you are given a special paper (leaflet) and you can park your car in front of hotel. You pay for it, but it is not expensive.

1) Tiny room without air conditioning. The
2) floor makes a loud noise when walk on.
3) Staff could not understand English.
4) breakfast charge 19 ER when seepark hotel (5stars) only charge 18 ER !
5) did not feel safe while stay where there are people walked and laughed after 1am . Back of hotel looks like a gatto
