Irini (whom i think is the house keeper) was excellent. she kept everything clean, rooms, pool area etc. she does not speak English but manages perfectly with the translator. it was also great having the pool.

it was hard to find the hotel at first. the location in bookings.com leads to the street below.

Great location for exploring the whole island. Calm surroundings and spectacular view from the apartment. Check-in was easy and quick. Irin was very helpful.

Pool equipment needs to be changed. Little outdated, but as we were mostly exploring the island, it was ok for us.

Irini greeted us and was most pleasant and friendly. The studio apartment was spacious and clean; the beds comfortable. The decor was Zen, but the furniture and colours dated. The patio has a superb view, overlooking the pool and the sea from afar. We appreciated the free parking!

There were no instructions on how to use the washing machine and no detergent available. The sofa beds, our daughters slept on, were not as comfortable as the bed in the bedroom.

Nice location! The room has breathtaking view of Agios Ioannis Beach with all the kite surfers. Close to Agios Nikitas beach. The pool area was relaxing.

The room was on the third floor and there was no elevator. We had difficulty locating the reception when we arrived.

The view and the fact that the bed sheets and towels were changed every other day (considering the negative comments)

The paid amount was way to much for this location. It does not worth the money. The furniture is old thus there is an old smell in the room. The room is overcrowded with furniture and stuff ( especially the leaving and the kitchen) and the cleaning is only done around them therefore we've had a sensation that the room is not cleaned. The pictures on booking are misleading and different than what we have found. The fact that the building does not have any reception or staff on site allowed some guest to party until late hours in the night.

So clean, so nicely furnished. Big parking, big room. Quiet at night... Million dollars view! Do we need anything else in life?
