Got studio instead of apartment for same money, Didn't receive WiFi password and consumed all roaming data, Building got locked by other staff members and had difficulty getting back in, was not sure if to leave and get a SIM to not get locked outside since we didn't had main entrance key, Old TV with no English programs

Great apartment with view of sea and pool.

We arrived on 27th September and hotel had more or less closed down for the season. Bar had closed and there was only 1 or 2 other apartments being occupied.

The hotel has nice pool, our room was on the ground floor so it had direct access to it. There is public parking across the street and the hotel is about 10 minutes walking distance to the old town.

We could not sleep at all. We checked in at almost midnight and we could not pay for our stay with card because the card machine was not working. On the next morning we were woken up by a lady who knocked insistently on our door to tell us that we haven’t paid and we have to go to reception and pay now despite the fact that we had entered card details when making the reservation so they had it. The room is right next to the pool so on the second morning we were woken up by a very loud continuous cry of a child right in front of our pool door. There wasn’t “Do not disturb” sign to hang on the door so on the third morning again we were woken up this time by the cleaning staff. And on the fourth morning we had to wake up early to check out.
