La posizione, a due passi da villa d’Este, la bella struttura e la pulizia delle stanze ne fanno una ottima location per un soggiorno a Tivoli. I check in è stato rapido e ci sono state fornite preziose informazioni per il nostro soggiorno.

Excellent location. 300 meters from Villa D’Este and the real gem of the area, Parque Gregoriana. The neighborhood is fun too with lots of shops, restaurants, and a small piazza with kids and local families enjoying the evening. We even had a spontaneous marching band go down the street in medieval garb. The room was great. Antique building but modern appliances. Simone is very helpful, and Marianna made us a breakfast of scrambled eggs with ham and cheese that might be the best I’ve ever had.

Only complaint. The other couple with us didn’t have a blanket for their bed, and were a little chilly the first night. We gave them ours and they were fine.

This amazing BnB is right in the center of Tivoli. You really would struggle to find a better location. Our room was small but comfortable. Very clean. The bed was wonderful. The wifi easy to connect to and pretty fast. The breakfast room at the top of the building was light and airy. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our two day stay.

There was no ice available. We’re used to that in Europe though. There is no lift.

The location is great, very close to the centre. The host is very helpful. Breakfast is quite good. I would definitely recommend the place!

There was some construction close by which started early in the morning but it's a matter of chance and has nothing to do with the place.

Everything! I would recommend this lovely property to anyone coming to Tivoli. The owner, Simone, was wonderful. We were a last minute booking and he came immediately to the property and checked us in and gave us good advice on which sites to visit in what order as well as options for where to eat etc. The room we had was so clean, the beds very comfortable and the shower was the best we’ve had in Italy. ( The liquid soap was also gorgeous)! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious served upstairs in a room overlooking Tivoli. The location of this property was perfect and the quaint town of Tivoli was quiet and not full of tourists. In the future we will always stay at Al Palazzetto and just take the train in to Tome for day trips. This was our favourite host and property in Italy.
