Great w exception of desk clerk

Desk clerk Lisa was never at desk but always outside smoking, appears to be a drug addict and also set off fire alarm w her smoking - extremely unprofessional and bad for other staff morale

I will definitely book the same location upon my next visit to Columbia SC.

The location was excellent for access to I 77 north. The front desk service upon check in with Lisa was also very professional and cordial.

Overall my family and I loved our weekend trip.

I loved the lobby area downstairs. They had games and a pool table. You also can connect Netflix to the tv.

I didn’t like the grits they weren’t cooked long enough.

The staff here should all be given bonuses! They made us feel welcome & cared for.

The staff was outstanding- friendly, attentive and perpetually going above and beyond. We will absolutely be staying at this location time and again.

I wasn’t able to stay because the property didn’t have any record of the confirmation

I was not able to stay at the property because they had no record of confirmation. Booking.com did not send anything to the property. The hotel clerk wasn’t any help and never got anything resolved after yelling at some customers service person.

Paying for some era on booking.com’s part.

There was never anyone at the front desk…I waited 20 minutes and had to call to get someone to the desk when I checked in and the same thing when I wanted to buy a drink.

Very good

Booking dot com switched room from two queen to a single king bed, therefore I had to get ANOTHER room since there were three adults. Quite unacceptable and will NEVER Use or recommend this site to Anyone!

Weekend getaway

Location was great for what we were doing in the area. Zoo, park, 3 river greenway. Staff was nice. Pillows and bed were good. BRING CATFOOD, for the kitties next door.

The coffee was not great. There was hair on top of the drain in the shower,I just removed with some toilet paper.

My second visit at this location and it did not disappoint.

I have stayed at this location for the second time during my visit to Columbia SC. On my first visit it was clean had a really high end feeling and appears safe. So I decided to stay on this visit.

This visit I was in a connecting room, that had several children and they were really loud. I spoke with the front desk clerk about the noise. They soon quite down.

Our stay was comfortable and served its purpose. The room was clean and we slept decent.

The hotel was nice and modern.

It would’ve been great if the room had a microwave. Also, there was food left in the refrigerator by the previous guest. We was hoping for bacon during breakfast but the sausage was good.

A waffle iron would have been better than the pancakes. Bacon or sausage would have been nice.
