トイレ、お風呂、洗面台が、広くてきれいだった

施設が新しい。

少し部屋が狭い。

良かった点は綺麗でシャンプーリンスの感じは良かった。

朝食が1650円にしては、大した事もなく、ちょっと高過ぎるんじゃないかと思った。

ロケーションと清潔さと掃除に入る入らないの選択への対応、快適な滞在でした。

強いて挙げるならば部屋のカーペットの色くらい。

Unlike many hotels in metro area in japan, this hotels lobby is on the first floor, which gave us so much ease to leave our luggage before checking in. It is really close to the station (shin Yokohama - Shinkansen station before reaching Shinagawa) as well as Yokohama Blue line.

Nothing. It’s a busy hotel so try to book in advance. Family room - with the three beds - get booked quickly

部屋に大きめの机があったので受験生の娘も勉強できた。

洗面台の蛇口がかなり水あかだらけ。 他のホテルでは見たことがないくらい。

新横浜駅から近く、周囲にコンビニ、スタバが近く、便利。朝食が美味しい。ベッドの寝心地がいい。

たまたまかもしれないが、チェックインのとき、若い男性２人のフロントスタッフに笑顔なく、対応が事務的だった。

The entire hotel and the room was clean and the air conditioner worked very well. We were able to control everything easily. The staff is bi-lingual, but if you speak Japanese they are respectful to you. The washing machine worked well and was not expensive.

The hotel is not worth the price for what it is. It's a standard Japanese style business hotel. You can find a room of similar quality cheaper if you look around. Not too much is included with the room for the price range.
