Clean, large rooms. Washer and dryer in the condo. Central location to activities on the island. Concierge was excellent in setting up activities!

Area around the resort was more rundown. However we did did not feel unsafe; just not as lush as Poipu or Hanalei areas.

The grounds and pool area were beautiful.

The pool code was confusing and long. I wished the restaurant had breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus it was quite spendy.

We love this resort! This is our first stay in this room- but we have stayed here two other times. We loved that this room was on the ground floor and close to parking and the pool. It was so nice not to have to use (or wait for) the elevator! This room was clean and WELL equipped with nice extras! Ice chests... beach chairs & umbrella... almost everything you could need is there in the room! The pool and hot tubs here are always a favorite for our family! It's so wonderful that the pool is open late!! Lots of hotels close the pool so early and it's a bummer- We really appreciate that the pool is open til 10pm. We have time to explore the island during the day and can still come back, take a dip, and relax in the hot tub. So nice!

The King bed mattress in the Primary bedroom was really worn and uncomfortable. We didn't sleep well the whole week we were there and that was rough! While I loved that the other bedroom had two doubles (so nice that my kids didn't have to share a bed) those mattresses should be replaced too- they weren't comfortable at all either. The towel hut was the strictest we have ever experienced. Usually you check out towels and can replace them throughout the day if needed- just always have the same amount of towels that are assigned for your room. Here they only let you exchange towels once a day. There's a dryer in the room so it wasn't horribly inconvenient- but it's a nice touch that we missed while being here.
