A really cosy property beautifully presented.
Loved the way it is divided into 3 sleeping and living areas.
Terrific garden setup with courtyard, sitting areas, fire pit.
Level 10min walk to main street.
A bonus having breakfast supplies waiting for us, thankyou.
Staying only for 2 days ! We needed a week to enjoy all the facilities.
Didn't realise it was pet friendly, we could have brought the dog along too.

Very clean and modern, lots of space to move about and have down time. Great location and plenty of on street parking. Emma was exceptional and very helpful and accommodating

But these are little nitpicks - the house was fabulous and in immaculate condition with everything you could want.

The house was lovely with plenty of space. Decorated beautifully. We really appreciated the stocked fridge with bacon, eggs, sourdough,milk etc. Very clean and comfy beds. We will stay again for sure!

The Mudgee Merlot Gate Guesthouse is beautifully styled and has a warm, homey feel. It is very comfortable, clean, and well kept. The house boasts many different living areas, making it perfect for a group getaway.

What a lovely house with a beautiful yard. So well set out and equipped. It was a lovely surprise to receive breakfast ingredients and a bottle of wine on arrival. Emma the host has gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Generous breakfast ingredients were available in the fridge for us which was so convenient. Emma also left a lovely Birthday cake for us as it was a 70 th birthday celebration weekend - much appreciated .

The style and comfort was 5 star right down to the individual beds. The cleanliness and availability of everything you needed to make your stay enjoyable was outstanding.. No need to rush to the shops after a long drive. It was walking distance to town and the garden peaceful.

Was a surprise to see everything we needed for breakfast supplied, bacon, eggs bread etc. BBQ area plus outside facilities was great. Emma was a wonderful host texting making sure we arrived safely and all was well with the house.

Ticks all the boxes - excellent host communication, great location. The property is outstanding with some extra special country hospitality finesse!

Plenty of towels provided. Lots of room to spread out into different areas when required. Only a few blocks to the main part of town which was within easy walking distance. All the little extra decor touches just made it feel so homely.
