Location.
No lounge to relax and socialise in. Many fruit flies in apartment. Towels felt wet even when dry. Lastly table lamp in main bedroom has fault plug wiring which may be dangerous.

Good location although not city central but it worked for us. especially good if you were going to the football. great to have off road parking, quiet on the first night, flat faces away from the road, warm and had basic but totally useable kitchen facilities etc. 2 good sized bedrooms and comfortable beds.
City centre easy to reach as bus stop almost outside.
Didn’t realise there was no living room, in which case it would have been nice if there was a couch in the larger main bedroom, the wardrobe took up space which could have been better used by having a comfy sofa.
Some noise from either downstairs or neighbours building on the Saturday night but didn’t stop us sleeping.

Shame it didn’t have lounge area to relax in. Could possibly do with a few more plates & bowls.

Good location, comfy beds, easy parking, convenient 5 minute drive from train station/ city centre. Fine for 1 or 2 nights as a base to explore Nottingham. The host was very responsive and helpful.
Flat was quite tired in places, very basic and the kitchen/ cupboards smelt of damp. The flat was very hot. I think it was overpriced for what it was, no lounge and twin beds were very narrow.

Great location for a weekend break. Quiet and peaceful stay. Well organised and good communication too. A tidy and comfortable property with all amenities to hand. Would recommend.

There was nowhere to relax other than the bedrooms
Attention to detail was poor, many small things didn't work

Its actually a 1 bed flat but the living room is set up as a bedroom

Good location to city centre. Supermarket & Hungry Horse pub within walking distance.
Apartment being on top floor as I found the stairs difficult.

The location was perfect for attending an event at the National Watersports Centre, there was off street parking for the flat and also some visitor parking which we could us. The flat was clean and bright.
The stairs to the second floor need to be mentioned as it is not a great place for anyone who has trouble with stairs, there is a shower (which I was looking for when I selected this accommodation) but there is a step up into the show and the shower was a bit slippery with no anti slip bath mat. Please also note that there is no lounge area and there are high bar stools in kitchen.

It is 2 floors up with no lift. Carrying bags up was hard for me. There is no sitting room. These details should be specified. Bring top floor, this is a warm house in the summer.

Nice and clean plenty of room good facilities
Didn't realise there was no living room and as we were there for a couple of days seemed less relaxing as we were confined to bedrooms. The double room was 2 single mattresses on a double bed which made it quite uncomfortable.

Great price for so close to the city centre. Perfect base for the weekend. Completely contactless check in and out with great communication from the property
