It is very close to where I worked, and the downstairs of the property, there are supermarkets, Watsons, resturants, coffehouse, pretty easy get daily necessities. The room is very spacious and very quiet at nights. And very easy to check in and very out via WhatsApp.

The tolet not completely clean, especially the visible inseam part; and the washing machine, seems not cleaned for a some time..

Easy to access thru by whatsapp communicate. While enter the room wow. Clean and just finish clean. Have a good stay. Very chill and quiet at night. Below are shop and alot food and beverage very convenience.

The tv screen colour are blue. Might be something problem. And the aircond blower got humming sound very loud at night.

Great location with many restaurants and a supermarket immediately downstairs. Close easy access to Sunway Pyramid and SS15 for meetups, food and shopping.

Bathroom smelled very damp, took some time for the smell to clear out. Towels very smelly had to wash first, blanket also slight smell.

Should alert the guest that check in will be all digital (faceless) to avoid confusion, provide early notice of room deposit payment & need sign up website link required before can disclose room check in/access details online by WhatsApp message; TV was not configured for use ; water heater temperature lukewarm; room housekeeping service should provide FOC every 3 days & not chargeable ; should provide full list of room furnishing inventory to avoid miscommunication of missing equipment when guest check out

Facilities, comfortability and entertainment. Bed, seats and air-conditioning was working great. Smart TV had plenty of features. Fast wifi kept me on the internet.
