It was advertised as a separate living room and 1 bedroom. Heavily disappointed with the reality. Also, they don't accept international cards. Checkout was incredibly painful.

First of all the receptionist, i m not sure abt his name was very rude,unfriendly,dont know how to interact with the guest,also i found the bedsheet and blanket was not changed,i observed the besheet and blanket was not cleaned,it was just rearranged,i was just.waiting for feedback email,the receptionist was.least bother to give.customer service,also when i askedfor the bill of restaurant,he said he cant give bill,and charged me with 10% service tax + restaurant 10% tax,its just a money making track,if i want to complain there is no person to whom i can complain with,i am traveling all over the world but belive me i never saw this type of service,i know your management will not take any action against ur staff,but i will recommend my followers on insta,twitter,fbk and company team think twice before making booking in Avirahi Hotel,kandivali.
