This home was amazing. The pictures and descriptions in the listing were exact. We felt so comfortable staying here for our vacation. It is conveniently located close to all the theme parks which was a huge help. The security gates and guard station gave us a lot of comfort knowing we were safe. The pool and game room were our favorite spots to hang out when we weren't at a theme park. Maddie left very detailed and easy to understand rules and information we would need for our stay. She was easy to get in contact with and quick to respond. The whole resort was beautifully maintained. We will definitely stay here again!

The home is great except for the mattresses on all 3 king beds were extremely worn out. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The outdoor light by the pool was out but Maddie responded quickly and the bulbs were placed by the next day.

Our family had a wonderful time. There was adequate bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to be able to spread out and have the own space as needed.
Everyone absolutely loved the heated pool and spa.
If we were to do a similar trip in the future we would definitely contact Maddie. She was wonderful to communicate with about all aspects of the rental.

Maggie is easy to work with and keeps you informed every step of the way. The house was perfect for a small family or several families. Loved having a hot tub to relax in after the parks. It heated up quickly and it was well over 100 degrees!

This home is exactly as described in the listing. Great neighborhood. Easy access to everything you want to do. Home is very comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. Beds are comfortable. Everything you could want for a vacation rental. Loved the extra bathrooms. Owner is very responsive for any questions or concerns you might have. Would certainly stay here again if ever in the area.

Our group of eight retirees enjoyed our stay very much. Maddie (owner) responds quickly and is lovely to communicate with. Everything was clean and as-advertised. We found mid-stay that we wanted heat in the pool (extra charge), and we were there Sept 20-30, if that helps anyone else decide. Without the extra heat, it was ok for some, but a little too cool for others.

This was our 4th time using VRBO for our Florida trip vacation rentals. I have to say…and my husband agrees, this was the best one of all.
We came to Florida to celebrate our daughters 16th birthday and having an amazing home to come back to at the end of the day was the best. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The community was quiet and we felt very safe. WalMart is literally 5 min away to stock up on snacks for the kids. I was able to reach the property manager and get a quick response when I had a question. Maddie was so responsive, accommodating and most importantly, kind and welcoming during our email interactions. The home is large with plenty of room for everyone to have their space. The beds were comfortable as well. I love that the pool is pretty private. And the view of the lake was lovely. I’m so happy to have been able to book this home for our stay. We have already said that this will be our new vacation rental whenever we return to the area.

We had such a fantastic time staying at the house. It was perfectly located for all the activities we did during our stay. It was a highlight of our trip for ease, comfort, and relaxation. It was our first time staying somewhere other than a hotel and I will do this everytime I travel for long periods. Maddie was fantastic for booking and communication. The whole process was so smooth and everyone was in aww of the home. The adults couldn’t say enough about how wonderful the house was and the kids thought we were staying at a mansion. Can say enough about the pool - after a long day at the parks all we could think about was how wonderful it was going to be to get back to the house, unwind and jump in the pool. Thank you Maddie for everything and we hope to be back!

We all came together at this home so our grandkids could familiarize themselves as cousins prior to our stay at Disney. It was awesome! Great space for 6 adults and 6 kids to stay. Great pool, and very safe environment!

We absolutely loved our stay. Maddie was so communicative and fast with her responses if I had questions. The house is in a wonderful gated neighborhood. The location is perfect! So close to all the Disney parks. Only a 20 minute drive. Plus super close to grocery stores and many restaurants! Would rather stay here than any Disney resort anytime! Home is wonderfully accommodating with lots of space.

Maddie’s vacation house was the perfect setup for our family. It was well appointed and comfortable with everything we needed. The heated spa and pool was a bonus.
It is only about 20 minutes to Disney World and close to restaurants and shops. The location near the lake in the estate was also quite pretty.
Maddie was generous, communicative and welcoming.
Looking forward to staying here again.

Maddie was so sweet and responsive in her communications with me. We very much enjoyed our stay at her home. The gated community was very lovely and felt safe. It was pretty close to all the parks. I think there are a few beds that should be replaced as they were pretty worn out and quite uncomfortable (both sets of twin beds and the downstairs front room king bed). And please be aware that you'll need to supply your own paper products beyond the first day. That wasn't communicated until after we were already committed beyond our cancellation date. It stressed me out to have to take time to shop as soon as we arrived so we wouldn't run out of TP during our trip. I would gladly pay a little higher rental fee to have all that taken care of. There were only 2 large trash bags supplied which wasn't enough for our week long stay. And I wish there had been more hand towels and wash clothes provided. But overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

the facility was beautiful. It had all the space we needed and more. The high ceilings gave a feeling of spaciousness and the 12 of us never seemed crowded. The pool and spa were well used by all. One reported issue was dealt with promptly by maintenance.

We loved our stay here! The home was even more beautiful in person, the host provided excellent communication before and during our stay, and the teen boys loved the pool table. We all agreed the beds were super comfortable which is important after a long day in the Disney parks. The hot tub and master tub were also much appreciated by sore feet. We highly recommend this home!

This property is great for families with kids. It is about 15 minutes to Disney and has everything that you might need for kids from strollers, play yard, pool, plenty of beds, games, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

House was great. We had 7 adults and 1 - 3 yr old. Plenty of room. Disney will take you between 25-35 minutes to get there. Make note spa is not a hot tub, but still enjoying.

It could be better. Location at site is very incorrect and it took at least 25 min till any Disney park. We stay 2 days without pool for lack of maintenance. We found few bed bugs (or what it looks like it) and for protection we spread cloves scattered at beds and points we found, the owner (she was a little upset) charged us an extra cleaning tax for it, but not a discout for the 2 days without pool. In general, owner is very cordial, polite and really concern about our stay, she really makes us feel home, to improve I will say a better house cleaning and maybe call pest control to take a look.

Check in was easy, Maddie was super attentive to all our needs. Location was perfect, convenient to grocery and close by to all the parks! The pool was a major plus after a long day at the park! Plenty of room for the family to spread out. Loved that there were two kids bedrooms and then the three king bedrooms. Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Orlando!

We have stayed in homes before and this was by far the most well equipped with anything you could possibly need, and extras. It was obvious the owner Maddie has attention to detail. Location was close to all Disney theme parks, and Walmart and Chicfila are only a couple minutes literally which is super convenient. The gated attendant makes it feel very safe as well. The master king bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows. We couldn’t have been happier with this Vrbo rental. We will be back in the future! Much better than the Disney property we have previously stayed on, no comparison.

This home perfectly met our needs. After long, hot and muggy days at the parks it was a pleasure to come home, relax, enjoy a dip in the pool and have plenty of room for everyone to retreat to their own space.
The location is close to the parks and Walmart is a short drive away.
