The staff are very nice and welcoming. The pool is very small but very clean and very tranquil. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is also big and good amenities. The bed is SO comfortable aswell as the pillows are to you just sink into it. You have some small choices for breakfast but We had the pancakes every morning as we absolutely loved them, there freshly made with either juice or fresh fruit. The coffee is also very nice. I definitely recommend this place if you love nature and the sounds and feels it brings you. It can be very relaxing listening to the outside and the rain and night.

Not much I didn’t like but the few things are would be the location isn’t in the centre of ubud you would have to get a grab or gojec into the centre if you wanted to but just make sure you give yourselves plenty of time because the traffic in Ubud can be Horrendous at times taking nearly 45/60 mins to travel 3k down the road if your travelling alone definitely rent a bike to get around traffic quicker or if your in a couple and don’t mind travelling on separate bikes. Or you could also rent a bike. The last thing is ants if you hate ants I don’t think this is the place for you the cabins are not fully sealed which is great in one way because you can hear the Forrest and wild life around you which I found very relaxing but it comes at a price as you will have ants around your room and bed. If you have sweet things DO NOT LEAVE THEM LYING AROUND. Make sure to finish the food or you will wake up to swarms of ants in your room because of the food. Trust me this happened to us twice.

the rooms are not separate, joined under the ceiling into one space, everything is audible, no soundproofing; very dark - dim lamps, you can't see anything; cleaning is rare and bad, constantly dirt in the house; the house is not protected from insects and lizards, constantly someone fell from the ceiling on us in our sleep; the view is terrible - the river is dirty and full of rubbish, naked locals often do laundry on it; the staff are disrespectful and come in at any time without asking; the pool is small and very dirty, apparently they never clean it, after bathing my son had an ear infection; there is noise outside, very loud and long squeaking gate neighbours in the early morning, disturbing his sleep; breakfast is poor

What BEAUTIFUL hosts! They are so kind, helpful, accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible - not that anything needed tweaking. It was perfect from the start! The villa itself is wooden and very cute and cosy indeed. It's spacious with a huge and very comfy bed. It was extremely clean and they did a daily tidy up, made up the bed, and emptied bins etc. The pool is small but really lovely and the gardens are well maintained, and beautiful. Good location in that it's so quiet! And not too far into Ubud centre - about 15mins or so depending on traffic. Grab deliver there but if you're looking for some extremely cheap yet delicious local food within walking distance, we suggest Dapur Mama Incess - we ate there 3 times. We highly recommend this stay. Also the villa has a lot of space for a mini fridge which would be very useful to store waters and any food and fruit. Maybe even a microwave and some utensils for guests to eat their takeaways? Either way, a FANTASTIC stay! The best hosts!

Because the wooden villas are next to one another and echo, it would be good to put notices in each villa to ask some of the more inconsiderate guests to keep noise down after 10/10.30pm.

Every thing is perfect ! The breakfast is amazing and they clean the room every day perfect for long stay

Very large room for three people, including a small kitchenette. The beds were very comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. Additional furniture for the large kitchen area and balcony would improve the space. The breakfast options were good, (we chose the Indonesian breakfast), and it was ready every morning at the time requested. Nice small, clean pool with some seating. Well kept grounds, with lovely landscaping. It is not in the centre of town so this place is best suited for people who have rented motorbikes, or hired a car. It is set back in a village, so this is great for people who want to see how locals live.

Nice and big villa a bit outside of Ubud, which we liked. You need to get a scooter and you can have it arranged by the staff with no problem. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The people would get a 10 from us. The breakfast was simple but good.

A bit more lightning in the rooms would be good, also the bed was a bit worn out. The villa is simple but nice. I was only missing the rice fields directly from the balcony like on some pictures.

The breakfast is simple and can be better As location is kind of off, it is better to offer some restaurant like facility for guests There is nothing special about this villa, though it is clean and is a good option for long rentals then a few nights, it is away from noise and pollution

Needs better lights in the villas, it is almost impossible to read or look for things in very dim lights The geysers needs to be better one as a little hot water and it's cold again

We liked that this property was out of the busy central part of Ubud. We rented a scooter for two days from the property to get around- this was quick and easy to do so. Location and property was really nice and quiet which was just what we were looking for. Didn't get a chance to try the pool but it looked great. Breakfast was also simple but nice. We booked a rafting tour so were leaving early one morning and they had breakfast ready for us at 7:30am just like we asked. Really appreciated the effort. Many thanks :)

It would be good to have a bit more information/pictures/prices with the little tour booklet they have. Currently the booklet just has a few listed activities and then a business card of the guy who you can ring/email to book a tour. However, I really like that they only bring this booklet out when you request it and don't actively try to sell you tours :)
