Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Park. Im Quartier gibt es schöne Bars und Restaurants. Es grenzt an die trubelige „China Town“ an. Zum Dom ist es ein schöner Spaziergang. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut.

Dass in einem belebten Quartier abends noch lange die Gäste aus den Straßencafés bis ins Hotelzimmer zu hören sind, ist akzeptabel. Dass die Außengastronomie der zu den Living Suites gehörenden Bar morgens ab 6:30 Uhr präpariert wurde (Laubbläser, lautes Stühle- und Tischerücken auf dem Bürgersteig), war brutal.

Quartier sympa et animé avec de jolies terrasses et malgré tout la chambre était bien insonorisée. Jolie chambre avec lit confortable. Bon accueil du personnel et check in rapide et efficace.

Un peu de bruit dans la chambre pendant la nuit dont je n'ai pas pu identifier la provenance. Canalisations ou autres bruits dans le bâtiment

La ubicación era muy cómoda para visitar el centro de Milán, con una parada de tranvía muy cerca y a 10 minutos andando de sitios como Chinatown o Corso Como. A 25 minutos andando se encuentra también la estación central con buena conexión a los aeropuertos. El “hotel” en si es acogedor, pero al menos durante nuestra estancia, no fue excelente ni mucho menos.

El personal te trata con amabilidad justa, no son atentos ni cuidadosos en el trato con el cliente. El ruido del bar del “hotel” se escuchaba desde la habitación, el agua de la ducha era tibia pero no llegaba a calentar y no cambiaban las sábanas ni hacían la habitación (al no ser un hotel, sino un bed&breakfast). La habitación era cómoda y bonita, pero solamente eso. El desayuno está bien, es abundante, pero te lo sirven sin más, con el café frío, sin ser el que habíamos pedido en más de una ocasión y las tostadas quemadas.

Понравился дизайн, маленький номер, но очень уютный, хорошее постельное белье, подушки, пледы, в целом удобная кровать, косметика в ванной отличная. Завтрак вкусный, сытный, несколько позиций на выбор, плюс был включен welcome drink в баре. Отличное расположение, рядом парк, приятный район.

в номере хороший стеклопакет, но глубоко ночью сотрудники кафе начали убирать железные столики и стулья на улице, был сильный грохот, не могли заснуть, пока они не закончили. нет зоны ресепшена и ты приходишь в кафе, чтобы заселиться, раньше времени не заселяют, даже, когда пришел сотрудник, нас не сразу заселили, хотя кроме нас никого не было. ожидание скрасило вкусная еда в кафе, но заселять нас никто не торопился. когда заказывали welcome drink вечером в баре, ощущение, что никто особо про эту опцию и не знает из сотрудников, нам сделали напитки, но было ощущение было, будто мы их украли. напиток получился не очень то welcome. не работал вайфай в номере, на баре нам никто не мог помочь. в целом, ощущение, что бар/кафе и отель живут разной жизнью, и не в курсе существования друг друга. поздно вечером нам ответила девушка, которая нас заселяла, посоветовав wifi бара, который не очень хорошо ловил. Включенность, осведомленность и вежливость персонала сделала бы этот отель превосходным, пока так сказать не могу.

La verdad que el personal es super agradable. El desayuno que incluye es bastante completo (un plato salado como por ejemplo huevos revueltos, un plato dulce que eliges del mostrador del bar, un zumo y un café) y además te dan unos ticket al llegar para que bajes por la tarde y te tomes algo gratis el mismo día que llegas o cualquier otro dia de tu estancia. La habitación que nos tocó tenía unas vistas preciosas del arco de la paz y la ubicación es perfecta ya que tienes parada de tranvía en la misma plaza y, si quieres ir andando, llegas en 25 minutos al duomo atravesando el parque Sempione y el castillo de Sforza. En general buena estancia, la habitación limpia y cómoda.

Lo que menos me gustó es que por las noches suena bastante alto la música del bar que pertenece al hotel que se encuentra en la parte de abajo (no sé si fue porque nosotras nos alojamos viernes y sábado o si es a diario). Además, suena hasta tarde ya que cierran a las dos de la mañana pero es verdad que a partir de las doce y media bajan la intensidad.

Lovely location. Easy access to the city on the nearby trams. Bar underneath is really nice, sensible prices, big drinks and a plate full of free snacks.

Lovely location right at the Parco Sempione and easy to get to from Malpensa via Milano Cadorna train station which is about 13 minutes walk away. An American style breakfast was served in the wine bar downstairs and was absolutely delicious. An unexpected bonus was the vouchers for a complementary drink at the bar. The room had everything we needed with no outside noise and we felt very comfortable and grateful for having found such a gem. Thank to Fabrizio and team for making this a very memorable stay.

The location and the food were terrific.

We arrived late at the first night because of trane delays then we found no one to check us in, after waiting on thd road for about 30 min. We had to leave to find another hotel to spend the night! After no one show up or pick up the phone when we keep calling the property phone number! The room and the bathrtom were extremely small, It's not a hotel then there are no any kind of amenities available.

I chose the property because of its location, right next to the park and a good restaurant/bar underneath.

Pokoj s výhledem na park byl sice super, ale při otevřeném okně bylo moc hluku, když v noci při úklidu a ráno při přípravě začali dole v restauraci tahat železné stolu po zemi, tak to bylo hrozné. Snídaně nic moc

In addition no cleaner had attended the room throughout the 3 s nights/4 days we were there. We were informed afterwards that they were hiring someone but this is impacts the experience. The lady who checked us in was very lovely, the Sunday morning breakfast staff were very slow and showed they did not want to be there. The breakfast variety is great and worth part of the package!

Después de haber confirmado el check in previamente por whats app y haber pagado mi reserva desde hace 1 semana, llegué al hotel y entrando en la habitación ya había alguien que la ocupaba. Todas las otras habitaciones estaban ocupadas y estuve esperando por lo menos 1 hora a que me encontraran una habitación en un nuevo hotel que me costó más caro y que tuve que pagar yo. Más allá de mi caso inaceptable, para comprobar si las demás habitaciones estaban ocupadas, el personal las estaba abriendo con gente durmiendo dentro (a las 23:30).

Lovely apartment in a nice area of Milan. The breakfast here is sensational and they offer so much. We had waffles, coffee, juice, omelettes all table service! Superb. The staff are lovely and attentive. Quick to fix any thing. We also got a free welcome drink to use anytime which came with a snack platter for free which was awesome. Had a nice time here. Would come back.

The property was located just outside the park and within walking distance to the center. We liked how convenient it was to catch the tram and travel around the city. Bed was very comfortable and room was well equipped. Staff were extremely helpful especially the lady with curly hair. We will definitely come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Living Suites! The place was impeccably clean, situated in a great location right in front of Parko Sempione. Having a bar downstairs was a delightful convenience for aperitivo and breakfast was a great way to start our day. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were not able to get into the room until 3pm and it was very hot and uncomfortable outside so an early check in would have been appreciated. The construction that was happening at the property effected our stay and we believe we shouldn’t have had to pay full price for the property because of this! We were also made to feel uncomfortable for asking for breakfast the night before as we were leaving early in the morning. Also we chose this accommodation as it was close to a park, but the park was closed which we were not informed about.
