The owners are incredible. They are so kind and generous they understood that my mom had knee problem and changed our room as my mom couldn’t walk the stairs. Very helpful and sweet family

Phòng y như hình, đẹp và sạch sẽ. Vị trí nằm gần chợ đêm và cầu rồng tiện đi lại. Tuy nhiên muốn ra biển thì phải đi xe nhé! Gia đình chú chủ Homestay rất dễ thương và nhiệt tình, giúp mình đặt chỗ thuê xe máy 120k/ ngày. Menu nước cũng rẻ và nhiều món nữa.

Giá cả tốt, tiện nghi ổn, chủ nhà hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình, mình quên đồ hỗ trợ mình rất tốt
Phòng ở tầng 4 (tầng 3 nếu k tính tầng trệt) đi hơi mệt nhưng gia đình hỗ trợ khiêng hành lí nên k sao

Location good 5min walk to dragon bridge. 2min walk to wet market. Motor cycle rental available. Smiling n polite owner. Will back to stay again.. Clean room

Very helpful hosts with arranging transportation and recommendations for meals. Rooms were so nice and clean! The owners recommended a nearby restaurant, Quan an My quang ga, Cao lau (on corner of An My 08 & D. An My 7, only a 3 minute walk) and the cao lau was incredible. Highly recommend stopping by for food if you can!
Recommend getting a room with an enclosed shower and fan facing the front of the building. We got 2 rooms and the one with the open shower and window (no fan) was musty and the view wasn't as good facing the back.

Friendly host, central location to reach surrounding. The homestay is opposite to the public park so it is convenient if you would love keeping fit during travelling hihi

The nicest place in Da Nang. This is a family-run apartment-hotel. Rooms quiet with windows and fresh air. The kintchenette in the room is very handy. Above all is the opportunity to talk to the family, which was the best part of my Vietnam journey.
Occasional noise from a near-by AC compressor, better close the little window of the bathroom.

I liked everything about this homestay. Specifically the polite behaviour of the host. They helped me a lot. I highly recommend this homestay. Location is very good. Everything is near. It's a residential area safe and peaceful.
