kitchen was well stocked to cook our own meals during our stay.

garage door remote needs to have the batteries replaced. took many attempts each time we needed to get the car in and out of the garage.

Only one parking bay for a 3 bedroom apartment!?! Fortunately, a very kind resident let us use their bay for a second vehicle during our stay (deducted one star for this). The company which manages the property (Whistler Retreats) are not very responsive and repeatedly ignored my questions regarding early check-in and parking. When I phoned on arrival to once again ask about the parking, I spoke to the rudest person who takes messages when their lines are busy. She was extremely curt and unhelpful and just told me to keep phoning back until I reach the right person on their team. She wouldn’t take a message and couldn’t tell me when their office would be closing for the day. So if you do have any questions or run into any issues during your stay, which we fortunately didn’t, don’t expect too much from them (deducted another star for this too).

One electrical outlet in the kitchen did not work. The toaster’s spring didn’t work. No air conditioning, so a little warm at night, but appreciated a fan in every room.

We had a great stay at Villas Snowberry! The condo was immaculately clean with everything we needed. We were a group of seven friends who were in Whistler for some hiking and outdoor activities, and the condo was perfectly suited for our group size. Would absolutely book again!

very cozy, very clean, and comfortable. all essentials are available. priced very reasonably for the location and number of guests it can accommodate. easy access for skiing
