Apartment was cleaned every day, thank you! good view, big balcony.

there is no AC in the bedroom and it was kinda there. there is no washing machine and products for dishes cleaning. Uncomfortable sofa bed.

the sink in the bathroom was broken. since it was 6 floor, was very hot there.

no credit card terminal in the hotel reception... you have to pay in CASH only. This was inconveninent. Otherwise everything else was fantastic.

Pool was clean, quiet & no getting up early to save a sunbed! There was plenty of umbrella's around pool especially with a 2year old I required each day. Bar is ran by two lovely people Peter & Georgia really great English & all holiday makers chatting away to each other. very friendly & welcoming.

When I arrived at 11pm at night i was told they don't take laser card which states on booking.com you need to pay with laser you booked with. you have to pay in cash which after only arriving with a 2year old wasn't going to look for a an ATM so they did let me wait to pay next morning. Also I broke a glass which I was charged 4lev which is €2... they charge for breakage even spoons, mugs etc which is a little petty & in all my travels over the years I've never had to pay before. I understand if it was something big....price list is issued to you on arrivals.
