i thought the price of a room only for a week at 850.00 was a bit expensive it was a small room

The location,within walking distance of restaurants/pubs.just around corner from  taxis/buses stops. Which is handy for Magaluf/palma.

Breakfast was good, the beer on tap is excellent and there are plenty of comfortable places in the courtyard for sunbathing.

The only bedding provided was a thin duvet. In a climate like Mallorca in the Summer the only bedding needed is a single sheet. The duvet was too hot and required the use of air conditioning to keep at a comfortable temperature. If I was given the choice of using a sheet and a duvet, I would have used the sheet, which is far more environmentally friendly. I'm sure the decreased use of air conditioning would also prove economical in the long run. I wonder how many nights of not using airconditioning would pay for the extra cost of a sheet.

IT’S NOISY. the balcony doors are not very soundproof so you can hear ALL the drunken antics in the middle of the night. you can also hear them walk through the corridors past your door. found quite a few hairs on my bed can hear flushing when the room above you used the toilet can hear the room beside you plugging charger into wall reception staff not very attentive

the all inclusive didn’t start till 5 pm on arrival day . then finished 11 am on departure day . we did not get 3 full day’s meals . that’s not what we had booked .

The best thing about the hotel was the location, very close to a fantastic beach and shops and places to eat. The staff were also fantastic always smiling and ready to help. Excellent choice at Breakfast

The room although was comfortable it was small and felt a bit cramped.

The hotel is so clean staff constantly working to keep it nice and fresh, pool area is lovely with nice views of the beach and cabanas to hire. Reception staff were very friendly on arrival we checked in quickly and efficiently.

The room was a little smaller than I hoped with a terrible view onto bins and the back of another hotel. No fridge in the room either.

Staff. Amazing .Got free fruit as a frequent visitor..Just so fantastic.

Very comfortable beds, staff were very helpful, location and pool facilities were excellent!! Super handy to shops, food spots and the beach!

Personally would have appreciated some allergen info on breakfast items as I have a dairy intolerance, but I was still able to make do. Also would have liked a fridge/kettle in the room but again this wasn't a big deal and didn't ruin our stay by not having these.

Had a lovely relaxing four day break here. The hotel is in a central location, lots of bars, shops and restaurants nearby and just over the road is the beach too. The bar and pool area are lovely, the restaurant is spacious with an outside area for dining. Plenty of choice food-wise, we had half board but you have the option of paying €22 to upgrade to an all day alcohol package/€38 for all day food/alcohol package. We bought the alcohol package for one day but the only thing worth drinking was the wine or beer so we didn’t bother again. Property is smoke free, designated area for smoking too. Rooms basic but nice. There is a little Saturday morning market which we stumbled on, a 10 minute walk, just turn left outside the hotel and head straight up the road. Santa Ponca is a lovely little resort and this hotel is ideal, would definitely consider staying here again.

Walls are very thin, can hear the people next door to you, only one plug point in the bedroom.

I liked the kindness of the staff, specially at the restaurant and the bar. Eva makes our stay even more special. Pool was nicely managed and there were plenty of loungers. We were there before high season.

The bedding could have been changed more often and we had a mosquito infestation in the room.

The hotel was great, in the quieter side of Santa ponsa but only a short walk to the main strip and all the bars. The pool area had enough sun loungers so guest didn’t have to worry about not getting one. The rooms were cleaned daily although not huge but not like we wey in it much so wasn’t an issue. We had gone all inclusive and to be honest for what it cost I’d say The food was what I’d expect for the cost of the stay. Nothing fancy but offered a great selection dishes and deserts/ fresh fruits and the breakfast was the same. The staff were friendly .

the only issue I had was having the same guy working on reception at night for our entire stay asking to be shown our room keys. The first night I can understand as he didn’t recognise us but to be asked time and time again knowing that he has been given our room numbers, it got to the point of harassment, other than this and the bed being too hard

Rooms were a bit on the tight side, I expected them to be bigger.

The hotel is central and near the beach the pool was lovely. The pool man was extremely good at his job keeping it clean. Cleanliness of hotel was excellent

The main man on reception was a bit obnoxious ! The girls were helpful (he seems to be like this on other visits too 🤷‍♀️) The rooms were a little tired and didn’t have a fridge. The view from hotel window wasn’t very good Id stayed before so I knew the breakfast was poor so didn’t sign in for it a second time
