Easy to pick up the keys from the local Ezimart. Lots of little necessities providing in the bathroom and kitchen. Beds were lovely and soft. Hosts were easy to contact as well. Very thorough instructions provided to acess parking

Amazing location, very well appointed. Hosts were very helpful and were able to provide information when needed. Clean, linen provided, comfortable. Excellent information about the facilities of the Skytower.

Parking is tricky, but there is a car park - which is helpful for country travelers. Great instructions to get there.

Lovely view, clean space and good communication from hosts.

The property was great, the view amazing of the city and mountains in the background. We could walk to everything we needed or catch a taxi. Nice to have laundry to wash and to be able to watch Netflix on TV, Bottle of wine and biscuits was nice on arrival.

Very hard instructions to get to the place but it isnt easy to explain so took us a while to work out which lift to take was only after we had gone to the car a couple of times that we found an easier way, maybe say on the instructions that it is Apollo Parking not the one with the yellow door. Shame my blind was broken in the room as it was very bright all night with the lights and early morning very bright plus i could'nt change in my room. The laundry needs a good clean everywhere else was pretty clean. The gym area and pool was a big disappointment as this is why we choose to stay the gym equipment some was broken and the temperature in the gym was way too hot and the pool was heated and very small so felt like getting into a warm bath that everyone else had bathed in especially when you wanted to cool down, the pictures off course showed them a lot bigger, it felt uncomfortable if others were in the pool had to wait till no one else in it.

The view, the comfort, the location, the gym,pool and steam room, very good communication with the hosts.

Lovely spot. High level with beautiful views.

1) Window in bedroom was badly cracked on arrival (security issues on such high property). Assured by host that it was taped and safe but still uneasy with kids in the apartment running riot. 2) Stayed 2 nights. Told by host window repair coming early after 1st night so got up early for their arrival - they never came. Instead came after 2nd night - so got woken up early. Pretty lousy to wake up early for your entire short-break. Host did apologise - but I feel that more should have been done by them e.g. offer a partial refund. 3) Door lock didn't work so had to leave property unlocked for first day. In fairness to host she did get someone to fix it on day 2. 4) Very difficult to find parking space on first day (although not unexpected for city property) - the instructions really need some work however. Confusing in multiple areas of the description.

Amazing apartment and the little touches on arrival were a lovely unexpected surprise! The view is obviously to die for but the entire apartment is furnished just beautifully. Feels so much nicer than a hotel room. Can't beat the location either.

The check-in and out process was a little undesirable - but that was owing to the staff at the convenience store, not the host.
