Grande Struttura immersa nel verde
Odore di umidità e cera attrezzatura da cucina solo x due persone . Se si vuole invitare anche solo due amici a trovarci devi dargli da bere nelle tazze da caffè

Did not eat breakfast, location was great
beds could be better and the cauch in the "living room" are so firm that is not posible to sleep on it, but we slept ion the second beds, they were ok.

close to sea, nice swiming pool, nice appartments with terrace
need some investment after covid. Quite many appartments with issues (air conditionong, fridge..). And yoh shoudl do something with ants before season

Nice location, clean rooms
In the morning when we planned to checkout and leave early in the morning, the lock to the toilet broke and our son was locked into the bathroom. No handyman was available and the reception refused to lend us any tools. It was easily fixed once the handyman started at 8 but could have been easily solved by the staff earlier.

Wonderful, large apartment in an old manor house (apartment 701) with large rooms and two balconies.
Cleaning of the apartment every few days would have been welcome. We paid €20 to have it cleaned after one week.

We stay 2 night. Cold water in the apartment troughout the stay. We asked for another appartment but they denied our proposal.
Very uncomfortable sofa in the living room.

The beds were great, a nice appartment which was compact but big enough. Friendly staff and a nice swimming pool (great for kids)Nice bikeride to Porec of Funtana which takes about 10 minutes.
Because the complex is on a hill there are a lot of stairs. Also the carparking is not next to your appartment.
For us it were minor things but I can imagine that for some people it is more of a problem.

It was really nice. The bed was really comfy, friendly staff and a great location. Pool was nice. We arrived early and the staff were very accommodating.
There was a odd stuffy smell in the room, that would maybe put some people off. For us it was fine as it mostly cleared with the window open.

The maintenance crew should put some effort in adjusting the doors and tightening a few screws here and there.

We staied here for the second year in a row and we loved every day of it.
The aparments are situated near one of the top rated beaches in Croatia. A very wild yet pretty one, with cristal clean water and lots of trees.
Near the reception there is a large pool for adults and a smaller one for the kids. There’s also aqua gym every morning and some entertaining activities for the kids every evening.
The rooms are well equiped with all one can need and some more. They are situated on the top of the hill, near a park full of trees, in which you get an awesome 4 minutes walk to the beach.
You get a fresh set of towels every day and a new set of bed sheets every two days.
The staff was amaizing, they speak english, italian and deuch, as most of the staff in Croatia does, and they were there for us every time we had a question or a request.
Definetley will be back some day 😁
We don’t have something that we didn’t like about the property.
Maybe just the fact that the parking doesn’t have a designated parking spot for every car. So you park wherever you find a spot. And the bad thing about this is the fact that some people are not very carefull with how they park and the cars around them. So your car can get scratched, ours did. There were two small scratches so we didn’t make a big deal out of it, but still, this was an unpleasant parking experience.
