The room was clean and despite small area there is a fridge, microwave and kettle. We got 2 bottles of water.

The picture didn't match the room, would suggest no one over 5' or over 280 lbs in the bed or shower. It fit our for needs just a little tight.

Very clean, well maintained

Check in is at 4, we didnt arrive till 6 and we were ask to wait another 30 minutes to check In so the room could be cleaned. Not what we wanted to hear after being on the road for 8 hours. Tv had no cable and when we tried to log in to our netflix it was set up in Spanish so that was disappointing

The room is exactly what I wanted= a clean room with private entrance, a bathroom, and a small space with fridge, microwave, and there were also a coffee maker + a toaster + a boiler. (and also scissor and can opener!). The neighborhood is very nice and quiet -- totally safe. For us, it was perfect as I didn't want to be far from the Everglades. Only 20min from famous boat tour at the north entrance.

Nice small room w/ a lovely garden view out the window! Was just what I needed for a short two night stay by myself before heading to a longer vacation. Facilities were immaculate, well organized and compact. The door lock # wasn't working but there was a key inside when got there. Thank you for a nice stay!

room was to small it looked way different then the one on the pictures I believe the one on the pictures was on the opposite side the one we got was really small and crowded also ants were on the wall around nighttime

Cozy

A nice private room with attached bathroom. It was all we needed, a clean place, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, parking space and in a good neighborhood. Shops were fairly close by. The room had closet space, a dresser and an air cooler as well. We needed a place to come and sleep since we were out most of the day. Hosts were very gracious and we had a smooth check in even though our flight was delayed and we arrived very late. In all, we were happy with the place, it was good value for money. Since we were visiting the everglades and had a rental car, the location was pretty good for us.

There was an incident on one night. We were rudely woken in the middle of the night/early morning at 2-3 am by a piercing alarm sound in the room. We thought it was a smoke alarm but could not find the source of the noise until we realized it was coming from the TV. Since we had not used the TV at all during our stay, we had no idea what happened and had to unplug the TV to stop the noise. We texted the hosts via bookin.com messenger the next morning but got no response.

Quiet area located near many shops. Would definitely recommend

The neighborhood and the small the details were taken care of.

Suggestions: Water in the shower was too warm/hot. We could not regulate that well. Needs a night light to know how to navigate the room in the dark. Thanks!

It was perfect for me. As a traveling nurse, the location and size was just right, not to mention the rates, for what I came to do in Miami. Great host and the area was very peaceful so I could complete my assignments.

I didn’t care for the futon too much when it was time to sleep. The center where it folds hurt my body, but I moved to one side and slept like a baby.

The electricity will cut off frequently when you use the hairdryer more than 2 minutes. It has not water boiler and oven despite mentioned as facilities.
