Maravilloso apartamento dúplex de 2 habitaciones, situado en la zona más exclusiva de Sevilla, el barrio del Arenal.
Este magnífico apartamento se encuentra en la calle Padre Marchena, en una preciosa casa de estilo típico sevillano, reformada y reconvertida en 3 apartamentos. Es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar al mismo tiempo de una tranquilidad sin igual, y de la mejor de las ubicaciones para conocer Sevilla.
En la restauración de la casa se han respetado todos los aspectos arquitectónicos que le dan valor al edificio, como por ejemplo las vigas originales de madera que sostienen un techo elevado de más de 3 metros de altura. El salón ha sido amueblado con detalle contrastando mobiliario clásico con elementos más modernos, y cuenta con una agradable zona de estar y zona de comedor, y la cocina está abierta al salón y equipada con todo lo necesario.
Cuenta con dos habitaciones dobles, una de ellas con cama de matrimonio de 1.60*1.90 m y baño con ducha en suite, y otra con dos camas individuales de 0.90*1.90 cm cada una. El otro baño completo con ducha se encuentra fuera de las habitaciones con acceso desde el salón. Además, hay una magnífica terraza en la planta superior, amueblada y preparada para disfrutarla al máximo.
La calle Padre Marchena es una de las más tranquilas del centro y de la zona del Arenal. En ella se encuentran casas muy exclusivas de Sevilla y además la zona es totalmente segura. En los alrededores hay numerosos bares. restaurantes famosos en la ciudad, pequeñas tiendas y dos supermercados. Además, los principales monumentos de la ciudad como son la Catedral, el Alcázar, o la Giralda, están a escasos minutos caminando del apartamento.

A fantastic location just minutes from the Cathedral and other sites. The apartment was clean and well furnished, the beds were comfortable and the apartment quiet at night. The communication with the owner was excellent (some through vrbo app, some through what's app), and they met us at the apartment when we arrived. The room top patio was a big plus for us. There's no elevator, which was not a problem for us but if you would find it difficult to carry suitcases up two flights of stairs be aware of that. Also, the instructions for using the washing machine and dishwasher were not clear. The apartment has a QR code for a website with instructions, but those instructions do not match the machines in the apartment. Those minor things aside, this is an excellent apartment!

The apartment is clean and beautiful with a great roof top terrace. You can literally walk to everything that you want to see. Tons of great bars and restaurants within minutes walk. Save yourself a lot of time looking through other listings, and just book this one.

My wife, daughter and I spent 5 days in Sevilla and this property was perfect. Slightly away from the busier tourist areas on a quiet street, but easily accessible by foot to just about everything.
Property was perfect. Bright and clean. Air conditioning worked without any issue (it was very hot during our stay), which was critical. Check-in and check-out was super easy, and when we had a question about the door lock to the roof deck we got an immediate response. Speaking of the roof deck, there is a canopy for protection from the sun, which I don't believe shows in the pictures. With the heat of July, we were only able to go up there early in the mornings.
Overall, a great property, location and customer experience!

This apartment was wonderful for me, my husband, and his parents! It was centrally located in the old town area, but was very quiet and peaceful in the evening since it’s on a side street. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the needed modern amenities.

This apartment was clean, well equipped, and quite comfortable. Our host, Elena, met us at the rental as was extremely helpful in orienting us to rental. The deck was spacious and comfortable. The picture showing the cathedral is misleading, as it can only be viewed when leaning over the deck balcony. Otherwise, an excellent and centrally located VRBO that I would highly recommend.

well fitted out comfortable apartment on a quiet street. Very well situated for exploring the old town of Seville on foot. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. One minor niggle, take a good book or learn Spanish as the TV only receives Spanish language channels.

As others have posted this apartment is in a great location, central and quiet. Property manager was very attentive. It is a third floor apartment (NA metric) so you need to be able to get up two flights of stairs.
Only thing to note is that the bedrooms are not as large as the photos make it look, especially the second bedroom.
We would stay there again.

The building is very secure and within easy walking distance to the Cathedral and many other of the things we wanted to see in Seville. The communication with the property manager was easy and we were met upon our arrival and given an overview of the apartment and nearby restaurants. It was hot while we were there and when the air conditioner was not quite keeping up, they had a service person out right away to fix the problem. At a cooler time of the year, the rooftop deck would be a lovely place to relax. We can't wait to go back to Seville and would definitely consider staying here again!

This apartment is amazing and we enjoyed our stay very much! The beds in both bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms are modern and nice. The building is very secure and within easy walking distance to the Cathedral and many other of the things we wanted to see in Seville. The communication with the property manager was easy and we were met upon our arrival and given an overview of the apartment and nearby restaurants. It was hot while we were there and when the air conditioner was not quite keeping up, they had a service person out right away to fix the problem. At a cooler time of the year, the rooftop deck would be a lovely place to relax. We can't wait to go back to Seville and would definitely consider staying here again!
