근처에 편의점이 없다 , 바로 옆에 마트가 있긴 함(살게 없음) , 주차장도 50미터 가야함

Great versatile breakfast. The Onsens are very nice and clean.

Rooms are too small, definitely for people who are there on a ski holiday. Also I could not use the normal Onsen because of my tattoo's. There should be an exception for foreigners about this rule.

部屋は清潔感高く、窓からの景色も素晴らしい。温泉も広くて使いやすい。アイスキャンディーや夜食のラーメンも気が利いてる。

中国圏の人々が多すぎる。マナーが悪い。

The beds were a bit hard and the pillows. Ask for a soft pillow. Be great to have a bar or coffee shop downstairs.

Security and the lack of courteous behaviour especially in the onsen areas, bad experience in that you had certain tourist(s) that have yet to learn the etiquette of using such an area (a really bad experience was first day, entered the onsen, a certain tourist (chinese - mandarin), speaking loudly on his phone, taking a VIDEO while in the actual onsen pool area (male) when i entered (i noticed a few japanese men leaving as i entered with a disgruntled\annoyed\angry looks - it didn't twigged my brain until i noticed the offender doing the above) - i left immediately and complained to management downstairs - i don't know the outcome but couldn't be bothered going back again to the next day to the private onsens, which looked lovely but upon entering, due to heavy usage i suppose (as well as lack of etiquitte once again), smelt of urine. Recommend that staff\hotel management, put up BIG PICTORIAL SIGNS with the dos and don'ts of ONSEN usage and ENFORCE it strictly. I absolutely hate stero-typing behaviours of certain groups of overseas tourists, even if they are in a minority (and i am an asian born btw), but god, i just wish certain people had self awareness as well as pride

非常好！早餐好吃 设施很新 房间也比想象的宽敞 温泉舒服 尤其是户外温泉 泡的时候刚好下着鹅毛大雪 太美啦！
