La ubicación era excelente pues caminando llegué a estación metro que permitió movilizarme. Las camas muy cómodas

Грязные номера. Грязные окна. Грязная постель. Грязная душевая с остатками жизнедеятельности предыдущих жильцов. Ужасная слышимость и с улицы, и с коридора, и с соседнего номера. Я всю ночь слушала машины и поезда на улице, телевизор соседей и хлопанье дверей номеров по всему этажу.

I was assigned a room on the 11th floor, with a nice view of the Brickell district and a pool on the 6th floor. I liked both dinners I had at the hotel restaurant (plus one breakfast) - the service was very attentive, and the food was tasty. The bed was very comfortable, there was also a small yellow sofa by the window (not blue) which turned out to be an instrumental piece of furniture where I could prepare myself in peace for my business assignments.
I was glad I could open the window - it is an important thing if you are not a fan of air-conditioning. I could also hear the sound of the city (music people played on their terraces, the metro rail etc.) which I found very inspiring. I spent 6 nights in this hotel and there is nothing really to complain about - apart from one thing:
The lady at the reception desk refused to give me an invoice (it was a business stay) - and erroneously claimed that if I made a booking via booking.com, booking.com should handle the invoice, which booking.com always tells me is not true and that it is the property's task. Well, I think there is some room for improvement in the hotel's customer care - driving a customer from pillar to post after she spent six nights at a modern hotel is sure the best way to end the entire experience in a sour note (if that is the effect you wanted to achieve). P.S. Your reply still does not give a clear answer: Booking.com says the property owner always issues the invoice, whereas you say Booking.com should issue the invoice. Colleagues, seriously? What should a VAT payer do? Any ideas? Regarding customer care, driving a customer from pillar to post is hardly a solution to the problem. I stayed in many hotels booked via Booking.com, and it was never a problem. Since when has it become a Gordian knot?

Śniadania serwowane z karty {można bylo wybrać 1 posiłek z 4 dla dorosłych do wyboru (2 na słodko, 2 na słono: jeden wege, drugi nie). Jesli ktos jest wegetarianinem i nie jada śniadań na słodko przez cały pobyt zmuszony jest jeść to samo sniadanie - MONOTONNE...
Na noc hotel zakrecał ciepłą wodę...
Sprzątanie w pokoju i dostarczenie papieru toaletowego, mydła itp było w zasadzie na życzenie (np. sprzątanie wybiórcze - pościelone łóżko, ale juz mydła Pani nie uzupełniła, innego dnia nowe ręczniki ale już brak papieru toaletowego itp).
Hotel nie zapewnia do pokoju nawet małej butelki wody do picia...
Nie otrzymaliśmy jeszcze kaucji zwrotnej po tygodniu od zakończonego pobytu.

Beautiful exceptional hotel. Very spacious rooms. Was given an upgrade to a suite without asking. Friendly staff and delicious food in the restaurant. Would stay again. We stayed there because close to shopping and the Miami port.

Le restaurant était censé ferme à 22h30 mais le soir de mon arrivée je me suis vue refuser d’être servie à 22h. J’ai du me contenter de chips et d’une barre chocolatée en vente libre dans le lobby.

Not much really. It was well located.
Room was poorly constructed with average fittings and noisy plumbing. Walls are paper thin, so all noises from corridor and adjacent rooms comes through the walls.

Indigo hotel its kind of new so everything is on point… The Staff at the front desk were so gentle and nice the nicest was the gentleman working the evening shift!!!!!!!!
The bed and the pillows very confy and great quality! The room is Modern style and has everything you need for a good stay!! We are returning very soon for sure!!!!!

The booking was for four of us, but there were only two towels in the room. We call to reception after we reach the room in the evening twice. After long time they came with small towers. We forget for the night, but we call again in the morning twice, and at last, they brought the towels. It was hard to have shower towels for all of us.

The location is perfect, Brickell and all the lively spots are in walking distance. Hotel and the overall ambiance is good. Bed was comfortable.
Front desk staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional, they hardly solve your problems after a long discussion and some of them hardly knows English. One of our room door wasn't locking and instead of changing the room right away we waited the staff to fix the door for 2 hours with no result, in the end they moved us. Breakfast was a la carte, we would prefer it to be a buffet and also you only have one drink included to your breakfast. So if you want to have a second cup of coffee or a juice, it's extra. We have been to a lot of Indigo Hotels but this one was very average for the chain.

The hotel is well-located and the room was vers clean.
Disaster: the whole point of a hotel is to sleep, and don’t count on that if you’re given room 601.
However, the location of the room within the hotel made our stay a terrible one. We had the room number 601, which is neighboring to the 24/7 gym. This means that you get woken up by massive bangs that make your bed shakes (the bed is very smartly located on the wall shared with the gym).
Other inconveniences of the room such as the fact that you don’t see the sky from the window (massive wall in front) or that you very clearly hear all the noises from the hallway (it’s also in front of the lift and next to the pool), can be dealt with. But I highly doubt that even with the best earplugs on the market you can do anything to sleep/stay asleep when someone drops weights next to your head.
The hotel is big, and has enough rooms, very unsure why they decided to add a room there, and the bare minimum would be to warn the guests at reservation / check-in, and to sell it at a very low price. The correct way, however, would be to simply stop giving this room, as it doesn’t fit the main purpose of a room: sleep.
The staff was kind and managed to reduce the noise when we called them after having been woken up at midnight by someone using the gym, but it’s very uncomfortable if you need to call the front desk every night. We were then woken up again the same night at 6:00 - short nights for sure
We tried to ask for an internal feedback option, but the front desk staff told us they didn’t have any, and and that if we were unhappy we had to go complain on TripAdvisor and that they’d read it.

loud guests in passageway in middle of night, couldn't get outside line on room phone, office chair sank to bottom, toilet seat twisted (heavy guests?), noisy sliding bathroom door, no current in 1st outlet (thought my charger had broken, but power in the lamp base outlet)
