We loved staying here. It was just as shown in the photos and was easy access to the free shuttle to the mountain and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay last leek. the townhouse was exactly as advertised. there were 7 of us and we had plenty of sleeping room. neighbors were quiet. Management company was responsive by text message. We would definitely rent this unit again for our next trip.

We enjoyed the living area of the condo very much. Nice large kitchen and well equipped. There weren’t any instructions on lighting the gas grill and we could not get that to work.
The one thing that would improve this condo is new mattresses and bedding. The mattresses were hard and sheets very thin. However, we really did enjoy and would recommend to others.

We loved our stay! We were worried because until you reach your location is all a surprise but you dont know if is going to be good or bad! But 100% good! The house was even better than the pictures, Awesome location so close to everything! The house is in great condition, super cozy!!! Very well kept and equiped ! For sure we would love to come back and stay again. Due to the Airline cancelling our original flight we lost a full day and that was a bomer, but besides that, super happy!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay overall. The house had almost everything we needed, except there was no sponges or dish towels to wash dishes with. Its location was great in relation to downtown Breckenridge, however it is right next to the main road, future bookers should be made aware of the traffic noise. Otherwise I would recommend!

The property was perfect. It was easy in easy out. Very clean and made our vacation a success.

I have stayed at so many VRBOs over the past 20 years and this one was one of the better ones. There was plenty of social space and the kitchen was better stocked (spices, dry staples, etc) than most others.
It was a quick walk to the shuttle stop and while the busses were very crowded in both directions to the slopes, it was still better than trying to (and paying to) park.
We had a great experience and would reccomend this property.

I have stayed at so many VRBOs over the past 20 years and this one was one of the better ones. There was plenty of social space and the kitchen was better stocked (spices, dry staples, etc) than most others.
It was a quick walk to the shuttle stop and while the busses were very crowded in both directions to the slopes, it was still better than trying to (and paying to) park.
We had a great experience and would reccomend this property.

We booked this unit as we had other family members staying a few doors down and being close to them was great. All of the bedrooms are in the basement but that turned out fantastic as it was pretty warm in July and the basement was cool at night.
The home is well stocked with dishes and kitchen items you would need. We were local from Denver so we did bring a few fans, I was a little disappointed there were no fans in the unit already just to help cool it down more. The back upstairs patio furniture needs some help too.
The only downside of the home is how close it is to the highway. It's on a uphill section so cars, motorcycle and trucks are pretty loud accelerating uphill. It does get better at night and a lot more quiet. But overall, the home is great with a large open area on the main floor to hang out and eat. Very close to town(easy walk in good weather), Issac the Troll and hiking areas.

The house itself was great. Clean, comfortable, not a complaint. But it’s right next to the main road, so with no air conditioning and the windows open it’s extremely loud. I had a hard time sleeping!!

This place was exactly as pictured. Very clean and well stocked and a great layout for our 4 days in the area. The only complaint is the road noise. This is probably fine in the winter as you don't notice it much with the windows closed, but with windows open in the summer, you can't have a conversation. We were able to manage for the most part, but the noise should be a consideration during the summer months.

Overall, my impression of this property is excellent and with a few minor modifications it would be a five-star review. I write only to give some minor feedback on the property itself and to the property management company to make it even better.
Because this property is located right next to CO-9, the master bedroom experiences a lot of traffic noise and the light of oncoming cars. This dies down about midnight, but CO-9 leaving the town of Breckenridge is a known speed trap so in one night there were five cars pulled over between 10 and midnight. The police lights shine right into the master bedroom. Wider and thicker curtains in the master bedroom would alleviate the light and noise issue coming from CO-9.
My only other critique was the checkout process. Checkout time was 10am and I left the property at 9:45am. Someone from the property management company came and opened the garage door at 9am and I sent them away. The cleaners were opening the garage door and blocking the exit with their vehicle at 9:45 when I went to leave. If checkout time is 10am, I would not expect to see anyone from the property management company until then. It was very intrusive to be interrupted when I was trying to pack up my family and load our car.
This property is exceedingly clean, beautiful, and well-appointed. With the minor changes I've indicated, I would absolutely give it five stars.

Very responsive when needed and organized. The only downside to this rental is the street noise. It is right by highway 9 so it is very loud especially if you are in the master. Also it is a bit far from the lifts if you want to walk. Thankfully there is a shuttle pick up right by the house.

Great Stay in Breck
I really enjoyed this spacious and beautiffullly decorated place. It has everything you need. Even the furniture was very comfortable and same with the bedrooms. Im not sure I would agree its a short walk into town. Certainly in the summer I would do it, but in the cold winter you better be ready for the walk. Other than that, I would totally agree with the description!!
