L'attitude du veilleur de nuit qui m'a apostrophé de façon vulgaire le 11Avril vers 22h. "Hé monsieur votre numéro de chambre" sans un bonsoir. Comme si je n'avais pas la tête d'un client. Après il me fait passer pour un "sensible". Donc je l'ai bien insulté sur toutes les faces, car ce genre d'individu devant le Blanc leur gueule est fermée, mais dès qu'il voit un Noir ils font du zèle. Autrement ça a été sauf pour la WiFi qui ne passe bien qu'au rez-de-chaussée et le problème de parking qui est récurrent.

The room needed a hot plate or kettle and a microwave and a mini refrigerato Also the wifi was unreliable and it was disappointing

Very clean, good location (not far from ferry port and airport), nice staff, decent breakfast, nice shower, comfortable room.

There was a discrepancy when I was paying at the hotel. They wanted to charge me an additional fee for breakfast however, this was already included in my final quote on booking.com. The issue was resolved and I was refunded the following day.

Original room in main building, near reception, was like being in a tiny, dark, windowless cocoon or a freshman dormitory room. After one night of claustrophobia, I upgraded to the Yucca building. The property is still under construction; entrances were barracaded, bare insulation covered door openings in places. But the worse was yet to come. I climbed into bed with my wife at 10 pm and the bed collapsed. We are both normal weight. One of the legs under my half of the bed simply broke off. I slept in a cockeyed bed all night and photographed the damage in the morning. When I reported it to reception, they had an indifferent attitude. Nobody was sent to fix the bed until almost 12 hours later. The room was nearl unusable until then, because the bed was right in the middle. We were not offered another room, although almost no guests were in this large building. I demanded a partial refund for my stay, which was not responded to.

Check in was easy. Location was handy. Clean place. Good for one or two nights as a place to sleep and explore the area. Wifi worked in the room. Not fast but enough to check things like flights and so on.

No fridge in the room. Parking is limited. We did get one but if you leave, you lose it as there isn't enough for all guests. No access to the beach from this hotel. But you can get through the hotel next door. And the public beach is great. Still with staying here for the money.
