Tolle Lage, sehr hübsche und atmosphärische Wohnung, netter Kontakt, gute Ausstattung, Bett auf Empore top, fantastischer Blick über die Dächer.
Anmerkung zu vergangenen Kommentaren: das bodentiefe Fenster im Bad ist mit blickdichter Folie beklebt, gar kein Problem.
Ich finde nicht, dass man bei ausgezogener Couch überhaupt keinen Platz hat, die Einrichtungsaufteilung ist super gelöst. Auch das kleine Bad ist prima aufgeteilt.
Verdunklungsmöglichkeit ist vorhanden.
Die zusätzliche Ausziehcouch ist nicht unbedingt für 2 Erwachsene geeignet (zu kurz).
Geräuschempfindliche Schläfer sollten Ohrenstöpsel mitbringen (das schöne Glockenspiel ist auch nachts zu hören).
Vielleicht ein kleiner Handtuchhalter am Waschbecken?

The appartement was okay, not everything was clean.

1. It is located in a lane of a popular shopping area. Therefore, it is very convenient to get things you need (a big supermarket is just 5~7 minutes far by walking). Meanwhile, you can get sufficient quietness.
2. It is also very convenient to have a relaxed walk along canals/rivers.
3. The penthouse is lovely, with a nice view to see the church and some of the landscapes. Things you need for daily life can also be found there.
4. Esther and Susanne are friendly to solve problems.
A sunshade can be installed in the bathroom to keep privacy.
