Gave my apartment to another person direct in reception it means i was a reservation when i came to apartment but he said didn’t have empty rooms and he didn’t make a cancellation my rooms😔😔😔

What did I like? Everything! This place is awesome, the staff are helpful and very friendly, and there is always someone available to help. It's even nice to just hang out in the lobby with them, they are very relaxed people. The room was very spacious and homey. The bed was very comfortable, as was the couch. Towels supplied. My room had a table that I could work from, the loft was very well-heated, and there was ample cupboard space in the bedroom. I could literally live in a place like this. The location is very central, there are so many nice places to visit within a 20 minute walk. The place was clean, and the staff offers a laundry service for a very reasonable price. If it's cold outside, just make sure to put aside a few days for the clothes to dry. Apparently, there is a tour guide on site who is also an archaeologist. I did not get to make use of his services, but next time I stay, and I surely will stay here if I visit Ankara again (for longer), I will certainly want to pick his brain about his archaeological knowledge. I did not make use of the wifi, so I can not make any comment on that. 10/10 Experience! BÜYÜK TEŞEKKÜR EDERİM!

The floors are nice and thick, but the walls are a bit thin, so neighbours can hear each other easily. That being said, this the norm for many Turkish buildings in general, so it's barely even a complaint, more something to bear in mind for prospective guests. If I really have to dig for any critical point, it would be that there could have been an extra bin in addition to the one in the bathroom. But really, that's all. Overall I was really really happy to have stayed here.

BEDS AND ROOM OVERALL WERE NOT UPTO THE MARK. THE BED IN THE SECOND BEDROOM WAS BROKEN AND WAS MADE A DENT WHEN SOMEONE TRIED TO SLEEP MAKING THE NIGHT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. HEATING WAS OFF ON THE FIRST NIGHT WHICH MADE IT COLD AND FURNITURES WERE ALSO POORLY MAINTAINED. IN SHORT - I FEEL LIKE THIS PLACE IS KINDA NEGLECTED. A LOT OF POTENTIAL HOWEVER, NEGLECTED UNFORTUNATELY.

Location was great.

There was no hot water during our stay. The unit seems to be under maintenance but still in use. Rather unfortunate for us.

everything is nice and comfortable. room located at 3rd floor. but building have lift facilities. no issue at all to bring all big bags to 3rd floor.

room lighting is not bright enough. lighting in living room is good n brighter.

- one lamp in room doesn’t work - hair dryer is not working - it would be perfect if they provide more rubbish bin

I liked the price until they charged me more because I brought a friend over and they said they have to charge me extra 25% to let my friend come in, it was embarrassing, and it was an awkward interaction for me.

They said there's a washing machine in Booking.com, when I got to the "Apartment" they had a laundry room and you have to pay to use it and it was also booked for the whole day.

Everything was horrible and deceitful. Apart from Emre this morning the staff were arrogant and we had the worst experience since visiting Turkey.

The morning reception Emre , He was the only staff member who was pleasant.

Everything. Apart from Emre who was kind and helpful, The staff were horribly arrogant and mocked and laughed at us. The room was filthy , they made us wait after we checked in in due to "cleaning the room" despite us checking in way after 12:00. There was not enough bedding towels or even cutlery and dishes. When they did allow us in the room it was absolutely filthy and stinking the few dishes that were there filthy too. They told us we need to pay them to clean the room for us.There was definitely extortion attempts as they tried to charge us for things we had already paid for. They refused to give us bedding for the people that we paid for.

The price per day was affordable and the apartment building is near by major attractions

The reception staff were not welcoming, rode and not welling to listen to my concerns. The rooms were not clean at all, the walls were dirty, kitchen plats have a sign of burns. I would not recommend anyone to staying at this place.

Room was too hot, but Receiption provided us a fan and it was ok. ;-)

The apartments were really big and with all comforts, the staff was nice and kind
